Fabletics Review & $25 Off Coupon – August 2015 Package

Fabletics is a monthly workout clothing subscription – each month they release a new collection and you can pick out any outfit you like (including from previous months). Or you can skip that month.

This subscription is one of my all-time favorites. The value and the quality of the clothing are great!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Outfit Choice

This month I decided to go with the Forsythe Outfit for $59.95.

Fabletics Review & $25 Off Coupon – August 2015 Tank

Adventura Tank in Charcoal - Value $29.95

I have a few of these tanks now and I love them. They are a cotton/viscose blend, and lightweight enough for layering. (I go for a size large in sports bras and fitted tanks from Fabletics, but with this top I size down to a medium).

Fabletics Review & $25 Off Coupon – August 2015 Capri

Salar Capri in Wavy Print - Value $64.95

I love this print! And the Salar legging and capri is my favorite cut from Fabletics, so I knew I'd like the fit. (FYI - this capri goes to mid-calf, if you are looking for something shorter they also offer a cropped version).

Verdict: I played it safe this month picking out two styles I already knew fit well - and no surprise, I'm happy with my Fabletics outfit this month! What did you pick from Fabletics for August? Did you try their limited edition graffiti print?

I ordered the graffiti print salar crop this month and love them. Its my second outfit since signing up. Also, I am so happy with the tennyson pullover top. I thought I would be returning it, but its awesome. I have had some issues with customer service (6 attempts to get a return label for the cope bra) but I am being patient because I’m obsessed with fabletics quality and prices. PS- if you are looking for an every day jogger, I live in the carlisle jogger, super comfy. I can’t wait for September 1st.

Was going to return my black mesh tank top in size large because it was waaay too tight on me and they were out of XL’s…as I prepared it for return, I realized they actually sent me a medium not a large! Thank god to my poor ego! Lol Not a chance I could swing a medium in a “fitted” top. Ha I was worried why I couldn’t get the large to stop its boa constrictor act!

I have to complain a little bit here. I ordered the graffiti salar crop the day Fabletics revealed the new August outfits. Today I still hadn’t heard anything about my items being shipped, so I contacted them. The graffiti print was out of stock and they hadn’t bothered to tell me, so I wouldn’t be getting any of my items (two outfits and a top). I was livid. I suggest contacting them sooner than ten days after you order in case something like this happens to you!

If you do ask for returns, be sure to watch that they actually refund your money. I waited and waited for my refund. I looked at the tracking on my mail receipt and saw that they had received my item over a week prior. I had to call and speak with someone to get the refund. They had no explanation. The rep said they’d had my item for a week and didn’t know why I hadn’t been refunded.

Overall, I wasn’t happy with Fabletics. I found the sizing to be inconsistent. I loved a jacket I ordered because of its length. I ordered another because i loved it so much. When the next one came, it was far shorter. I tried exchanging and had the same issue.

I also don’t like that when you do decide to unsubscribe, you have to call and speak with someone. They do this so the representative can repeatedly ask you to stay. If your company is great and you stand by your product, people won’t want to leave. And if they do, it should be easy for the customer to quit.

I know many love Fabletics, but please be aware of these issues.

I ordered the same outfit as you Liz and as it’s only my second month with Fabletics, I haven’t tried the Salar Capri or Adventura Tank yet, but I can’t wait for my order to arrive as I love the outfit I got last month. If these are anything like the quality and fit of that one, I know I’ll love it too (also super excited for the wavy print). This has quickly become my favorite subscription box and I’ve cancelled other subscriptions to justify the cost of this one.

Liz – You and I wear exactly the same sizes, and I guess everyone else does too. I’ve had EXTREME difficultly finding my size in stock – When I skip a month it’s because my size is not available, not because I don’t like the outfit. I’ve reached out to customer service, and their reply is that “some items sell out quickly.” So, I guess I’ll keep trying – I do like their quality and price point.

Sorry to hear your (our) sizes have been out of stock for you! 🙁 I have had that issue a few times, but lately I’ve been buying early in the morning on the 1st, and haven’t had too many issues. Not sure if that’s helpful – but I wish you good luck on getting the outfits you want next month!

I like the leggings!

I’ve been skipping for quite a while, but the graffiti prints were fun, so I ended up picking an outfit that included the salar crops in the graffiti print. I already liked the salar leggings, and the crops are great too. I’m really glad I went for it this month, I’m back on the Fabletics train after a a while of thinking I should just cancel.

:)

i love most of the things I get from fabletics (including the Salar Capri), but I felt like the Aventura tank didn’t hold up well- it shrunk and got shorter when it was washed.

I did Fairfax because I wanted to try those run shorts and liked the mesh tank. But the mesh tank is waaaay tight and the shorts aren’t my thing. I want to return for a refund, but that $6 restocking fee is per item! How rude! Since its mail order and you can’t tell true size, color, fabric type/feel, fit, etc., I really wish they wouldn’t charge you that. Still deciding what to do.

When I return stuff I just take the store credit. You don’t have to pay a restocking fee, and I know I’ll buy more from them. That’s what I would recommend for anyone else.
