Brick Loot Subscription Box Review - June 2015

Brick Loot is a box from a new but growing trend of LEGO subscription services! My kids are HUGE LEGO fanatics, so I was really interested in trying this out with them!

Brick Loot kindly sent us this box for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Brick Loot Subscription Box Review - June 2015-info

This month's theme is Brickasauraus Park! How awesome and timely! My sons are SO into dinosaurs right now, they were completely blown away! The back of the card details all the contents. This month they also included a sticker and a STUDS trading card featuring Brick Loot.

Nerdasaurus Rex - Value $12?

This little guy is a custom build for Brick Loot by bricknerd.com, designed by Tommy Williamson. I think he's adorable! The boys thought he was pretty funny, too. This kit is also made of real Lego blocks.

Stegosaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex by nanoblock - Value $26.98 on Amazon

This is the second or third nanoblock kit we've received from Brick Loot, and my older son really likes their kits. They take a little longer to put together, but because of the brick size, the finished models have much greater detail than regular Legos.

Brick Loot Subscription Box Review - June 2015-hatching-animalsHatching Animals (x2) - Value $5-$8 each?

These are pretty cool little dinosaur kits packaged in eggs. We got one T-Rex and one mystery figure. These are made in China and have Chinese writing on them, so I'm not sure about the values. I went to their website, but of course, it's in Chinese!

Brick Loot Subscription Box Review - June 2015-sickbricks

Sick Bricks - Value $10.05 on Amazon

Sick Bricks are super fun! My little guy (age 7) is really into his tablet right now, and Sick Bricks is a fun game that he can beam his minifigures into, kind of like Angry Birds Go. This is a really cool inclusion!

The Verdict: My kids LOVE Brick Loot! I came up with a value estimate of about $58 this month, which I think is fantastic! Plus the Nerdasaurus is a Brick Loot exclusive. The kids are really enjoying this subscription!

What do you think of Brick Loot?

I love the Nanoblock dinosaurs – they look really cute. Cool that they have exclusive items too.
