Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

Hammock Pack Subscription Box Review – June 2015 Soap

Spinster Sisters Co. Rosemary Mint Soap – Value $9

This is one of the best smelling soaps I’ve ever come across (and there are a lot of wonderful natural soaps in subscription boxes!) The rosemary mint scent is so refreshing!

Live Beautifully All Natural Lip Balm in Sweet Strawberry Honeysuckle – Value $4.50

(I couldn’t find this exact item on their site, but I’m assuming the value in the stick lip balm form, is the same for the tin). I prefer lip balm sticks, but this one is fine, and I like the formula!

Hammock Pack Subscription Box Review – June 2015 Tea

Craftbelly Paper & Pattern Journal – Value $8

This journal has blank pages inside. I love the design of the cover – the packaging on every item in the box this month is great!

Teakoe Tea Front Porch Peach Iced Black Tea – Value $10

This tea smells delicious! I wish it didn’t include stevia leaf extract (I prefer tea unsweetened), but I’m sure it will taste great.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $31.50. That’s in line with what I expect from this subscription – usually you break even on retail value, and for me this box is more about the curation. I liked this month’s box a lot – it felt like a beautiful care package from a friend – maybe that’s in part because the gorgeous packaging of all these items!

  1. Comment

  2. I recently took a vacation in Denver. We didn’t come across or look for any of these types of things.

You know what screams Colorado to me…”special” cookies. Haha!

The soap does look awesome, though.

    • lol I suppose you could have just sent out the Snoop Dogg Fancy box and it would have worked equally well. We also like our breweries and distilleries…there is a reason we are so chill. 😉

  3. I always say to myself that I want to try the Hammock pack every time I read it. The Rosemary Mint soap must smell amazing. I also love the notebook cover.

    • These do all look like great products and I think I will search a few out at local retailers.

  4. I live in Denver and discovered this tea brand at the Denver visitors center. I have it in both pear and pineapple and they are my favorite summer iced-tea discovery. They are definitely very sweet and remind me of the sweet tea you’d find in the south.

  5. I’m still trying to decide between : georgiacrafted , new england sack, and hammack pack – Which box is consistently better value and the most interesting?

  6. None of this really says Denver to me. I let my Hammock Pack go, I liked it better last year, so far this year hasn’t been so great I swapped nearly everything out of every box.

    • I agree. I live in Denver, grew up here, and none of this is unique or special to Denver.

      • I visit Denver yearly because I have family there and haven’t seen those brands. But I just checked the Spinster Sisters Co site and they sell it at a place near me in Missouri. Nothing just screams Denver or Colorado to me personally.

    • agree 100%!
