Just had the same problem. Wanted to get an outfit on my wishlist but overnight it’s gone. This month’s new options are kinda blah. Too bad. Do you know if they ever restock old styles? I’m new to fabletics.

Over the last year and a half, I’ve spoken with them a bunch and always asked about restocks and their call center narrative is always the same, they don’t restock because they only order one time for each style. The factories vary, hence occasional slight sizing or quality variances. They are usually great about returns unless you’re in AU, which is an ongoing issue they’re dealing with. There is occasionally the off chance that a returned piece shows up in inventory but it would likely only be from the previous month, due to the 30-ish day return. It’s not common but its possible.

So we can no longer redeem our points for new outfits? Just for the items listed in the points shoppe? That was one of the perks that I liked about fabletics, being able to use points on one of the monthly outfits.

I just noticed that as well. I had 1000 points that I had been saving and they were increased to 2000 points. That is only enough to buy one performance piece and not a whole outfit!
I emailed customer service. I always loved this sub, but they essentially just stole $25 that I had earned without any sort of notification.

Customer service gave me an extra 500 points in response to my complaint. Not the greatest solution and my point total still isn’t worth as much as it was before the change, but it’s better than nothing.

When I got the email about the change in points program, I called them immediately. I had 1,150 points prior to the change. I complained and they honored the fact that I was over 1,000 before the change. I ordered my free outfit right on the phone with them.
I was happy they still honored that.

Most of the outfits that show as sold out are actually pre-order. I think they are behind on getting new products and that’s the reason for that. If that’s an outfit you like, you can always skip and go back to order the outfit when it’s available- in stock.

I love Fabletics and while I don’t like the points change, I will continue to be a customer.

You’re lucky…. I was 115 away from 2000 points, which I had been saving specifically to redeem for 2 outfits and they rounded mine up to 2000 and now I can only get one piece from the clearance 2000 point perks! They severely devalued the points system 2 weeks ago and there’s been a HUGE fall out and backlash both in calls and on their Facebook page, so much so that they’ve had their support teams monitoring the page and even removing comments and hiding posts amidst their sponsored and self posts. They’ve had a lot of turmoil in their call centers (in the Phillipines) and loyal members and subbies just feel betrayed by the sudden devaluation. Had there been an announcement or warning, we could have redeemed out points, but they were very shrewd with how they went about it. They launched an expensive ad campaign at the same time they turned on valued subs. I’ve been with them from the launch and spent well over $150/month in the last 9 months alone, and I have never complained about them until now because some things you can overlook for value and service, but this… I just think people considering or continuing on with Fab should know. They did the same with Just Fab and now Shoedazzle, and it is deceptive. I haven’t quit them yet because i still am dealing with having my points and some exchanges, and I admit, as a customer who loved the value when compared to other brands, it’s hard to give up, but… there’s just better quality workout gear and deals out there. And I don’t want anyone to feel screwed like many have over this. Especially none of the many I’ve referred. The information is all there if you’re willing to look… check FB posts starting from around 4/17 when the letter came out and you’ll see. Or just Google. There’s a lot of deceptive claims and bad BBB type issues. It’s disappointing. : /

I wish they’d occasionally have coupons for existing customers too.

They had some last month? I got 20% of my order of $100 or more and I saw that had a 15% of order of $75 or more. I got an email about it the morning the sale launched

I tried to get my outfit this morning but the two I liked didn’t have my size in stock. So I skipped this month. Again. Is anyone else getting frustrated that NOTHING is ever in stock?

Brooke

Absolutely. They recommend outfits “for” us, but don’t have them in stock in our sizes. I hated fabletics. Cancelled a few months ago and NEVER looked back. I can get cuter clothes for half the price at Target.

This has ALWAYS been the problem with Fabletics. I know if I want an outfit, I have to buy it early in the morning. I have had to call CS and complain about it. They actually let me switch out one of the sold out items for another.

My complaint is the new “rewards” program. You used to be able to get a $49 outfit after 1000 points. Now they just have the older items as rewards and different price tiers. It takes 2000 points for a top or pants and there’s currently one selection for pants. I feel everything has gone up in price.
