GlossyBox is a monthly beauty subscription box. They have the best packaging in the business, their products are usually deluxe-size or full size, and the value is usually really good too. The only issue with this box seems to be the late shipping – I would recommend just keeping that in mind and setting your expectations accordingly if you sign up for this box.
GlossyBox sent us this box early for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Subscription Box: GLOSSYBOX
The Cost: $21 a month (save more with 3-month, 6-month or annual subscription)

Clearista Retexturizing Gel – 15 ml Value $10
Here is the description of the Retexturizing Gel from Clearista:
Clearista Retexturizing Gel™ contains our safe proprietary ingredients plus mild, biodegradable abrasives that enhance the skin’s normal exfoliation processes. It not only helps reduce the appearance of rough and bumpy surface blemishes, but is also effective at reducing the appearance of age and sun-related folding and wrinkling of sensitive areas around the eyes and mouth.
This brand is new to me, and I'm excited to try it. I love that this product is free of synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, and parabens, plus I always am on the lookout for a new gentle exfoliator!
Glamglow Powermud - .5 oz Value $19
I love all of the Glamglow products I've tried, so this was the first item out of the box I used! It's paraben, phthalate, and sulfate free, and unlike other Glamglow muds, this one is "mud to oil" - it transitions to a cleansing oil when you wipe it off.
I put on a thin layer of the mask, and it took about 10 minutes for it to completely dry up. (I like masks that change in the process of wearing them - it makes me feel like they are working!) After washing it off, my skin felt incredibly clean. This is a product I will likely buy in full size - I just love how it makes my skin feel!
Sebastian StylBrid 9 - 1.5 oz Value $5
This hairspray is paraben and alcohol free, and it is designed to be a hybrid style product. You can use the spray on damp or dry hair to add volume, texture, hold, etc. I just sampled it on dry hair, and I like that it isn't sticky at all and didn't make my hair too stiff either.
teeez Head over Heels Nail Lacquer Base Coat FULL SIZE! - Value $14
For all nail polish I receive in subscription boxes, I don't think I ever get base coats, so this is a nice change! (And the packaging design is cute too).
Doucce Mineral Matt Lipstick (Shade 907) - FULL SIZE! Value $20
I like the shade of this lipstick, but I do have a few issues with it. First, I like a moisturizing lipstick that easily glides on - this is the opposite of that. I'm guessing it has to be since it is a matte finish, but I'm not crazy about the formula. My other issue is that I can't find the ingredients for this lipstick anywhere online.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $68. I think the value is good, and I'm happy with the sizes of the beauty items included. I'm most excited about the Glamglow, Clearista, and Stylbrid products. What do you think of the May 2015 GlossyBox?
