I don’t think its Frieza, there are no ears on this figure so i think its just a standard silhouette

They may have removed some easily identifiable characteristics, but I believe that’s the silhouette of Dragonball Z: http://funko.com/products/pop-animation-dragonball-z-final-form-frieza
