A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Box

A Little Bundle is a monthly subscription box designed for moms and babies. Their main focus is the quality of the products selected each month:

Here are the five main criteria we follow in choosing the bundle products:
1. non-toxic (of course!)
2. natural and organic preferred (this does not necessarily mean every item we choose is natural and organic.)
3. attention to detail during construction from the start to finish
4. proven to be efficient and functional
5. made with love and care

Our very good friends are expecting their first child in May, and I’ve been a little obsessed with getting them as many subscription box goodies as I can, so I signed up for a three-month subscription for this box when it was on sale at One Kings Lane. (That deal is no longer available).

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Info

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Tee

Ahoy Amigo Tee - Value $26

This shirt is so cute! (They make it in adult sizes too!)

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Chefs Hat

A Little Merriment Chef's Hat - Value $4?

The info card lists the value at $13, but their etsy shop sells a set of 4 for $16. Either way - this is an adorable item, and a perfect gift for a future chef!

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Mitts

A Little Bundle Mittens - Value $12

These are 100% cotton, and made by A Little Bundle, so I'm using their value estimate.

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Card

Kelli Murray Card - Value $3.75

This card is very fitting with the baking theme of the box, and adorable too!

A Little Bundle Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Recipes

Half Pint Prints Recipe Cards - Value $5?

There was a misprint on the info card, so the text with this item refers to an item from last month - AKA I'm not sure what the value is for these.

Verdict: I think A Little Bundle does a great themed box. And each box feels like I could gift it - which is always a plus. The value this month works out to about $56 (that's counting the chef's hat as $4). I think that's good for this box, as I see the value more about the curation and discovery of unique items than about getting a high value box.

What do you think of A Little Bundle?

the box is customized by baby *size* (which is indicated by age but it’s not the same thing, and the next page after the baby clothing size page asks for birthdate, which is ignored). i subscribed using my (giant) baby’s size and birthdate, and was quite surprised to receive a box for a two year old. on top of that, the box for 3-4 year olds was identical to my box, minus one item. “all boxes are different.” ALB sent me a replacement item for the training pants in my box which was nice but i thought the whole experience rather odd. i thought i was going to get a box customized for my baby’s age with the proper size clothing in it (my 7 month old is around 25 pounds, which is ludicrous).

It’s also a little puzzling to get a chef’s hat for an infant, but you can make a fun and silly photo I guess. It will definitely get used later.

Same experience here! I subscribed when my baby was 8 months old and in size 12-18 months clothes. Nothing is ever updated as time goes on like citrus lane etc., so I still receive the same size despite my son being in 2T now.

Thanks for the info Brandy! I’ll hold off on ordering and keep a look out on reviews. I need to see what a 3yr and 1yr box looks like

Hi, Liz!

Is this customized by age and baby stage? I have a one year old and a 2.5 year old. So I’m wondering if this box might be good for them if they have boxes for their ages that is.

Thanks!
