Doing What You Love Phone Case

(This is an iPhone 5 case, but they recently just added iPhone 6 cases to their offerings. I need to upgrade my phone!).

Verdict: I really like the design and the message of the case this month. (Not every case has words on it, but I'm glad mine did this month!)

FYI – A common question I get on these reviews is how durable these cases are. I have personally dropped my phone in these cases and they’ve been fine, but it is not the same protection as say an Otter Box. So if you need a lot of protection for your phone I wouldn’t recommend this subscription, but if you are looking for a sturdy basic phone case, Phone Case of the Month definitely holds up.

More from Phone Case of the Month on the materials of the case: "We ship cases made of Poly Carbonate and ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) with a silicone coating for a soft to the touch feel. Printing is done using a water transfer printing technology for a seamless edge to edge print. The cases are low profile and do not have a lip on the top edge of the phone."

What do you think of Phone Case of the Month?

I got the same phone case this month. Added a pop of color by using a red sharpie to color the heart in. It is super cute!

I did this for about 6 months before I upgraded to the iPhone6, and have no complaints. Some designs I liked, others, not so much, but it was fun to change up every month.

I had no issues with durability of the cases. And people saying that it ruined their phone? No, the case didn’t ruin your phone. Dropping your phone ruined it. It happens. If you are a phone dropper, (which I am), buy a thicker case (which I did for my iPhone 6).

I’ve been a subscriber to pcotm for four months now. I loved my first and second cases, but the last 2, not so much. Seemed like I was being sent cases for 10 year olds instead of a 30 year old woman. I emailed them and got a super fast response and excellent customer service! (Which after the popsugar fiasco, was an amazing thing for me!) They even refunded me for my January case since I was so unhappy with it! They asked what I’d like to see coming to my mailbox. I’m super thrilled with the customer service, and the fact that they actually listen to what their customers have to say.

Their case ruined my iPhone 5c right after buying it. I now use a life proof case. PCOTM has no bumpers on the side to protect the phone from falls, and mine fell on concrete and chipped, and later cracked completely after dropping it on linoleum at school. Also, they are recycling designs now. I’ve seen that one around before.

This might be irelavant, but I got an email noticing me that my Pop sugar must have box is on the way now. But I haven’t seen any spoilers yet. Anyone has any idea what’s in it?
