Yes but Aces are supposed to get it on the 26th. I didn’t get mine either. I sent an email. But I am glad to see that I’m not the only one who didn’t get it

No, Birchbox’s sample choice youtube video says the 27th is for Aces and the 28th is for everyone else.
However, it has been updated that emails will go out at 7 tonight.
