FabKids is a monthly clothing subscription for boys and girls. Each month you get to pick out an outfit for $29.95, or you can skip any month. All the pieces are really well-made, and the designs are unique to FabKids. (Each month they release a new collection). This month's outfits were buy-one-get-one-free thanks to Cyber Monday being on December 1!

FabKids Subscription Review: Boys Edition - December 2014 Jeans Outfit

Let's Be Real Outfit - Value $56

I absolutely love the contrast stitching on these jeans! My family likes to go out into nature on the weekend a lot, and this outfit will be perfect for the great outdoors. The shirt is also thin enough to be a great layering piece.

FabKids Subscription Review: Boys Edition - December 2014 Space Outfit

Outer Space Play Outfit - Value $54

My sons wear uniforms to school, so I use FabKids primarily for play clothes. My older son has been complaining recently that he doesn't have enough pants for sports, so I picked up this outfit for him. I had been eyeing it in previous months, and somehow I failed to notice that the shirt glows in the dark! How awesome is that?

Verdict: FabKids is a great subscription service for boys! Their jeans especially are practically indestructable. Their designs are usually very cute, and the boys actually want to wear them, which is a big plus. With the Cyber Monday deal, I spent $29.95 and received $110 in clothing, so you really can't beat the value! I would love to see FabKids branch out a little more with their boys' clothing in terms of variety. I would love to see their take on church / event clothing. Also, I think my older son has every pair of pants they have made so far!

What do you think of FabKids for boys? Which outfit did you pick out this month?

I love the girls stuff. Unfortuneatly for my son (12yrs) it is impossible to get some nice things. Almost nothing is available in his size. Good for the smaller kids but not for older boys sizes 11-12.

I signed up for the program and bought 2 outfits for $19.95. I used the link which made the outfits buy 1, get 1 free and also it gave me a $10.00 credit towards my first purchase.

I think this is the first boy review I ever seen for FabKids. I’m sure they are out there; I haven’t come across them.

What caught my attention is the indestructible jeans. Are the sports pants the same way? I go through a lot of pants with my 6 year old.

PA Anna, These sports pants are really thick, and I expect them to last a long while. With two boys, I’m always hoping for a second year of use! I think all their pants are very well constructed, but their chinos and skinnypants are a much lighter weight material. They seem like they are more prone to knee holes. All of ours have lasted several months though and no holes yet. So far so good!

Kristin, I have the same issue with my skinny 6-year-old. My 8-year-old is average size, so all their clothes are great for him. I guess it’s still the same for husky kids now as when I was a chubster – size up and hem. 🙁

I did get a news flash recently though – I think FabKids will carry boys shoes soon!

The outer space outfit here is one of my 4 year old son’s favorite outfits ever. He is wearing it again today. However generally I am a bigger fan of fabkids for girls than I am for boys. I don’t like most of their pants for boys and I agree they need something for church/special events since they pretty much just skip over that entire category.

I love Fabkids for my son as well. I agree with your opinion about needing more variety. My son can only wear chinos or skinny jeans because he’s tiny, so that limits what outfit I can choose. I think they have great deals and I love the shirt packs!
