Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – November 2014 Box

Nerd Block is a monthly subscription box for geeks and gamers. This box typically includes at least a figurine or two, and always a new exclusive shirt. Nerd Block recently introduced Arcade Block, so this box is now known as Nerd Block Classic.

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Each box comes with a card detailing each of the items included.

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – November 2014 tee

Deadpool Tee - Value $15?

They sent out a Deadpool item last month too, but they could send out a Deadpool item every month and my husband would be happy!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – November 2014 Batman

Batman Bleacher Creature 7" Plush - Value $12?

I couldn't find the 7" version online, but the 10" version is $20, so I estimated the value of this one. (Subscribers will either receive this in Batman or Robin).

v Mug

Invincible Iron Man Mug - Value $13

This is my husband's favorite in the box!

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – November 2014 Slap Watch

Star Wars Boba Fett Fan Wraps - Value $15?

Nerd Block Slap Watch - Value $5?

This Fan Wrap measure 7.5" X 9" - the link goes to the full size version, so again I'm estimating value on these Fan Wraps!

And this slap watch was made just for Nerd Block subscribers. It's not something my husband or I would wear, but it was a nice nostalgia item to play with for a minute! (I remember slap bracelets being all the rage around 2nd or 3rd grade then being banned at my school!)

Nerd Block Subscription Box Review – November 2014 Val

This box also came with a card letting subscribers know that every December Nerd Block would include an autographed Willow print signed by Warwick Davis or Val Kilmer.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $60. This was a hit with us since my husband loves all things Deadpool, Batman and Ironman. What did you think of Nerd Block this month?

We also got Bruce Campbell’s certified autograph in ours! I heard that one in seven had it. I was very stoked about this box to begin with, that just made it better! I am obsessed with 60’s Batman so I was excited to get Robin. Now I’m trying to swap for Batman!

I felt the shirt and the mug were worth the subscription for me. The Batman is lurking up among my movie collection on top of the shelves and the slap watch is goint to go in my nephew’s stocking.

I like this one as a change of pace, I like the characters involved, but I’m not sure I’ll use any of them except the shirt. I’m also no fan of stuffed animals unless they’re of higher quality.

My son agrees with your husband. DeadPool, Batman, and Iron Man! He loved this box which is his last box for awhile because of sport costs etc. although I did order the Black Friday NerdBlock special for him. The slapwatch is also in the NerdBlock Jr box. He wore the DeadPool t shirt a few times already.
