The third box is the Puppy Holiday Pack which is now sold out. Here is the list from Vegan Cuts and my comments.
1. Mudd+Wyeth – Banana Peanut Butter Yaffbar – It’s an energy bar tht you can share with your dog. I can see this being popular in certain circles. I gave this to my sister because it looks gluten-free. She can share it with my doggies.
2. Max & Ruffy’s – Tree of Life: Coconut, Molasses, and Flax Treats – The doggies weren’t too sure in the beginning. They did eat the treats. They are organic and USA made treats.
3. V-Dog – Kibble Sample – made in the USA
4. Natural Balance Pet Foods Inc. – Dick Van Patten’s Natural Balance® Vegetarian Dry Formula Sample – This has brown rice, oatmeal, pearled barley , peas and fresh potatoes. I can’t tell where this is made. Why ‘fresh” potatoes?
5. Eco Dogs and Cats – Sam’s Yams Sample – They haven’t tried this yet. It’s made out of sweet potato.
6. Paragon Pet Products – WHIMZEES Large Alligator. Made in Holland. For dogs over 25 lbs. I will have to make sure only my big dog chews it.
7. Formulary 55 – Good Clean Dog Shampoo Bar – This will be put to good use.
8. Miss Sarah’s Botanicals – All Natural Flea & Tick Repellant – Hope it works.
9. HealthForce Nutritionals – Green Mush – Powder that you mix and can be consumed by you too.
10. Barklogic – Flea & Tick Shampoo – Foil. Will try it out.
11. Bio Bag Americas, Inc. – One Bio Bag Roll (not full box pictured) – Always useful
12. Unicorn Treats – sticker- what else is there to say?

Also to add, the Natural Balance dog and cat foods are good. I feed them (canned and dry) to my dog and (canned only) to one of my cats. Though not vegan food — both the dog and the cat get duck. I think “fresh potatoes” is as opposed to dehydrated potatoes/potato starch/potato flakes. Anyway, my dog and cat are doing well and I am pretty sure all this food is made in the US.
PA Anna
Thank you for letting me know. My smaller dog is interested in the bar.

I had one of those Yaff bars once. My dog didn’t know what to do with it. The part I kept for myself was OK.

My spa lover ($28) came today and I LOVE it. Vegan Cuts lists the contents and PA Anna covers them well, below, so I won’t re-list in detail but just give my impressions (I got the exact same things that PA Anna did):
– Enfusia Coffee Scrub: Smells great, feels great, has argan oil in it.
– Face Oil (I took the plastic off with a steak knife): Feels GREAT! It has a roller ball which I think is genius and way less wasteful than a dropper. I can’t stop putting it on.
– Body Mist: I also got orange vanilla. Smells pretty good but not great.
– Bath Salts: Smell GREAT! Can’t wait to use them!
– Shampoo/Conditioner: Also smell great and I like the ingredients.
– Polish: I got High Maintenance… it’s a shimmery gold.
– Nail file: Nice.
I did quite a bit of shopping on Friday and Monday, and this might be my favorite purchase. I got the Mally purse and it’s ok. I got the Beauty Bar HUGE GWP and I’m very happy with that, especially for the money – that’s probably my second favorite- but it is all sample sizes. I got 2 100% Pure Mystery Bags – one was ok and one was great, but all the products were quite similar. But this Spa Lovers package feels luxe and well-curated, with a great variety of products that pamper you from head to toe, and they all smell great to boot.
Highly recommend – and it’s still for sale.
Love it so much I think I’ll cave and get Timeless Luxury.
PA Anna
I’ll have to use the steak knife and try it out!

Here is what I received in the winter wonderland box. I am going through their list first and then add in what is not on the list.
Vegan Cut’s List
1. Emani Vegan Cosmetics: Mineral Hybrid Cream – This is a compact with mirror. Color is Speechless. I have no clue how to use it.
2. NOUVEAU/ORGANICA: Organic cream eye, cheek and lip color – Color is compassion.
3.. Emani Vegan Cosmetics Lipstick – Temptress. I like the color.
4. Original Sprout: – Hair & Body babywash. My 6 year old will be using this.
5. Karitex: Shea butter – Going to melt it and use it for something. can’t wait!
The rest:
6. SkinAgain Youth which dimishes dark spots, loss of elasticity and hyper-pigmentation.
7. Jane Carter Solution Curl Defining Cream – Can’t wait to try it.
8. Jane Carter Solution nourish & shine for dry hair and dry skin
9. Jane Carter Solution condition & sculpt which is used for taming curls. Excited because I rarely receive anything for wavy or curly hair.
10. Jane Carter Solution nutrient replenishing Conditioner – paraben-free. I’m fine with the conditioner only because I use much more conditioner than shampoo.
11. Zabana Essentials clay facial cleansing bar – 2 samples. Both are french green.
12. Etta & Billie Rosemary Lemon Soap – Sample size. Smells good.
13. Antipodes Grace Gentle Cream Cleanser – foil packet. Looks like I can use it.
14. Grasse Roots Perfumery- Blood Orange. – sample size
I’m happy with my mixture of products. Lots of new things to try out.
PA Anna
I tried the curl cream this morning. I have beautiful waves in my hair. It’s long and thick so it is more wavy because of the weight than curly. Also I tried the Teadora shampoo and conditioner which works great.

I bought the $18 Natural Looks box, and also the spa lover and the winter essentials. (And I am still dithering about the Timeless Luxury. I covet the facial oil sooooooooo much….)
The Natural Looks box – one of the $18 boxes – arrived today! I am somewhat conflicted about it. It’s the exact May Beauty Box that Liz reviewed:
https://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/2014/05/vegan-cuts-beauty-box-may.html
– On the one hand, someone posted that the $18 boxes are past beauty boxes, and a rep from the company said that the $18 boxes are specially curated boxes (not leftovers) – except “very limited quantities of a few Vegan Cuts Beauty Boxes leftover from our Vault Opening sale”– I guess I got that.
– But, on the other hand, the May box was Liz’s favorite; she calculated the value to be about $90! It looks good to me, and I think I’ll like everything. I’ll be especially happy if I like the lotion.
I’m excited to get the next two!
PA Anna
My 3 boxes arrived today. First up is Spa Lovers. Here is Vegan Cuts list. I used their list and put my impressions next to it.
1. Mr. Bean Body Care Organic Coffee Scrub – 7.76 oz or Enfusia Chakra Coffee Scrub – 16 oz – I received the Enfusia Chakra Coffee Scrub. It smells just like coffee. I can’t wait to use it.
2. Nuworld Botanicals Aromatherapy PersonalsTM Super-Skin Nourisher Naturally Active Oil Concentrate – .33 fl oz/9.6 ml – I haven’t been able to remove the plastic wrapper off of it. It says to massage oil on face a few times a week.
3. Pure & Simple Body Mist in a surprise scent – 2.5 oz – This was packed in a plastic bag inside a separate plastic bag. Good thing because it leaked all over the brochure and order form. I opened the bottle which is about a 1/4 empty. I don’t know how full the bottle is normally, but the papers are soaked. I received orange vanilla which is to induce feelings of relaxation and reduces feelings of anxiety and depression. Smells nice.
4. Pura Botanica Botanical Bath Salts in a surprise scent – 3.6 oz – Moments in Mint. I can’t wait to try this. It is in a pouch that you put in your bath.
5. Teadora Nourishing Shampoo – 2 oz – Free of stuff that bothers my rosacea and is safe for color-treated hair!
6. Teadora Nourishing Conditioner – 2 oz – Free of stuff that bothers my rosacea and is safe for color-treated hair!
7. Trust Fund Beauty nail polish in a surprise color – 17 ml – Received Hold the Drama. 5-free. I don’t know how to explain the color beyond Google an image. It is pale green with sparkles or gems in it.
8. Vegan Cuts Nail File – 7″ – A nice touch.
I’m happy with my box 🙂
PA Anna
Oops. I did not mean to post it as a reply to Brooke.

I really like the picture of the Winter Essentials kit, but the “may include” list seems to have a lot of items not pictured (And in turn doesn’t mention a lot of the pictured items). Is there any way to have a rough idea of what is 95% likely to arrive/not arrive in the box so I don’t get a lot of products I’m not happy with?
Best,
-Mary

Hi Mary, Thanks for sharing some insight into what you’re thinking. The Winter Beauty Essential Kit typically includes the items pictured, but we add the “may” clause to give us a little room to make substitutions in case we run out of a few of the items. When we make substitutions we typically include similar or higher value items. No matter how you shake it up, $27.95 for $75+ (that’s a conservative estimate) of vegan and cruelty-free beauty products is a fantastic deal and I’m confident you’d find a bunch of new products you enjoy. I hope you’ll give it a try!
Mary
Jill thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I will def’t order one today, though I was wondering if there was any chance if you could tell me that the mineral balm may come in a color that isn’t Speechless (I abs love it, so that would be a big reason for getting the box) .
Thanks so much!

The 18 dollar packs are actually past subscription boxes. They say you “may” get some products since they seem to be finishing stocks. The other LE boxes are marked as usual. Bummer.
Jill @ Vegan Cuts
Hey Brooke, Sorry for the confusion. We have several limited edition boxes that are on sale for $18 including the Nail Box, Puppy’s Gift Pack, Baby’s Gift Pack, and Athlete Box. These are specially curated boxes, not past subscription boxes although we do have very limited quantities of a few Vegan Cuts Beauty Boxes leftover from our Vault Opening sale.
We use the “may include” clause on some of the boxes but they’re typically exactly as pictured. We use this clause only to give ourselves a bit of wiggle room in case we run out of an item. When we make substitutions, we almost always include higher value items to spoil our customers with extra value 🙂
Brooke
Hi Jill,
Thanks. I had bought the natural looks $18 set, as well as the spa lovers.
But you talked me into winter essentials so I just ordered that too 🙂
Brooke
I bought the $18 one and the spa lover. Was tempted by timeless luxury but really only for the facial oil so I talked myself out of it.
Note: winter essentials says that “these are some of the items you MAY receive”… It does not give an exact list like the other boxes do….I can’t buy like that.
Jill @ Vegan Cuts
Hey Brooke, I’m so glad you could get a spa box — there are so many awesome products inside! Our Winter Essentials Kit does have a little note about variety but most kits contain the exact products pictured and listed. We just need to give ourselves a little wiggle room in case we run out of an item. And when we substitute items we typically add higher value ones. I’m confident if you bought one you’d think it’s a great deal and find some new products you really enjoy. I hope you’ll give it a chance!
PA Anna
I ordered the winter essential box the other day after someone posted what they received. Hopefully my box will be just as good. I may still order the Spa Lover. I know I want it!
PA Anna
I bought the Puppy’s Holiday Gift Pack. I was hoping that the Spa Lover would be marked down, but it wasn’t.
Jill @ Vegan Cuts
Hey PA, So glad to hear you picked up a Puppy gift pack! The Spa Love Box is on sale for $27.95 (previously $49) and it’s packed with $100+ in value. I hope you’ll be able to snap up this great deal 🙂
PA Anna
Thank you Jill. I ordered the Spa Lover package too. Now that is 3 coming from your company. I ordered the winter essentials on 11/24, Looking forward to my orders!
