This was at the QVC outlet store for around $16.00 last weekend. It is on a shelf behind the counter. My husband waited patiently while I decided whether to buy it. I didn’t.

I’m not sure if it has been mentioned somewhere already but Costco is now selling the New Beauty test tube. I think it was $29.99.
It had the same issue of the magazine and the products were all visible. I didn’t get a chance to look too closely (crying baby) so I’m not sure what products were included.

It’s a great price but, as you say in your review, the same few brands, and products, over and over.
Like most of us, I subscribe to beauty boxes to try out the new. Although, if I ever needed to build out my stash, these sales would be the way to go.

Not sure if everyone is still within the timeframe, but QVC has a price adjustment policy. If you contact them within 30 days of your purchase, they will honor the sale price.
