I am really upset with myself. After noticing this deal, I realized that I got this box right after I’d had an accident and never went through it. (I had all I could do just to keep on top of being sure I received all the boxes I ordered.) Now with this new deal, I actually went through my entire box and realize that I am missing the lip treatment.
I am so disappointed that it is missing because my lips are so chapped right now and so disappointed in myself for not thoroughly examining it until now. 🙁

I want to say ‘three cheers’ for this company’s customer service. I contacted them and they are sending out a replacement for my missing product. I am so pleased, especially considering it took me so long to actually open and examine my box and realize a product is missing.

I’ve stopped getting as many beauty and makeup boxes, because of allergies, and because my husband decided to count how many beauty products there are in the bathroom – He stopped at 80. – Ughh

This is one of the best boxes I have purchased, and not upset a bit I paid full price for the first. I then bought a monthly sub, as these products are totally in line with what I’m looking for. I just picked up a second box, and my discount was $24 with that code. I’m really surprised it didn’t sell out. I know it’s expensive but IMO better than any $100 box I’ve gotten and been disappointed in. (Eva quarterly, PS LE)

I am sad I missed out on the discount, but this box was FABULOUS so I don’t mind that I paid full price for it. I agree, the shampoo was not for me. I really need a shampoo that lathers. Everything else was perfection though!
