Graze Snack Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Box

Graze is a weekly (or bi-weekly) mini-snack subscription box. You can let them know if you have any food preferences, and rate the snacks you get, so the box is pretty customized. (I avoid gluten and dairy in my diet, and it’s really easy to set up those preferences and still get surprised with snacks!)

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Graze Snack Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Info

In the past you had to go to the graze site to find out nutritional info and ingredients, but now they are including it in the box - I love this change!

Graze Snack Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Shangri La

Shangri-La (lingonberries, pineapple, almond slices & pumpkin seeds)

Garden of England (mini strawberries, apple, and black currants)

The Shangri-La is pretty much my perfect graze snack - it has the ideal balance of fruit and nuts/seeds.

Graze Snack Subscription Box Review – October 2014 Morning

Morning Energizer (Cherries, pears, and walnuts)

Tutti Frutti (Pineapple, cherry raisins, blueberry cranberries, and raisins)

The tutti frutti mix can be a little too much fruit at once for me, but it is great mixed with almonds (and that helps make these snacks last a little longer!)

Verdict: Graze is always a win for me - I love that I can give them my dietary preferences and get surprise snacks that I can actually eat!  The snack sizes are small (aka I think it is totally acceptable to eat the whole box in one day), but it's a nice box to get for a low cost every other week.

What do you think of Graze?

I quit graze after one delivery. I was somehow expecting more than 1/4 cup of each snack for the money

I canceled this morning, they immediately billed me this afternoon. I emailed them, will update when I hear back.

@Erin – it’s all dried fruit, nuts, etc. you can check out all of the snacks on the website prior to subscribing, and you can choose not to receive certain things – I don’t get any hazelnuts as I’m allergic.

Does anyone know if all of their snacks are dried fruit-based? I’m not a huge fan but love the idea of a healthy snack sub like this. The portions are good and I love that there can be customization. Plus I need to replace Love With Food. They kept sending hemp based products; I’m still in the Air Force reserves and hemp is banned in all forms including food as of last year. 🙁

Dried fruit is not usually something I like either but you should give theirs a try. It’s not sugar coated or too chewy. I was pleasantly surprised

They do have a lot of dried fruit, but they also have some other things in there as well, like seed and nut mixes, some dippers, and the like. I encourage you to give it a try with the free box! You can also customize things, trash things you don’t like, and if you have real specific requirements, email them and they’ll help you out!

I’ve been getting Graze since the beginning and was super excited about them at first. Now I’m getting constant repeats and am thinking of canceling. I received the one particular snack three times in a row, and even get items that I have ranked as “don’t send me.” But for some unknown reason, I haven’t quit them yet.

If you’re having issues with the items in your box, make sure you reach out to them. [email protected] is their customer service email, and I’ve had excellent luck getting my box fixed when I was getting the same stuff over and over again! I get lots of new things now and they’ve made sure I get some of the things I love as well each box!
