New Walmart Beauty Box Subscription

$5.00 was taken out of my checking account for my beauty box on 3/29/18. It is 4/4/18 and I have not received it yet. Has it been shipped?

I can’t get in my account. I’m trying to cancel it. Haven’t gotten it. I called and the person told me they will sending them out soon. I really don’t care. I just want to cancel my account all together. Why can’t I cancel my account over the phone with a customer service agent? To the president of this Walmart fall box thing.

Extremely pleased– much higher value than I was expecting! Went back to see if I could order more of them. Seems to offer only one box per email address (site said I was already registered and there was no option offered except to cancel subscription). I might order another using a different email address (possibly using a different birthdate so that I can get the alternate box). This would also be a great gift subscription!

I got the one with the L’oreal lip gloss and secret clinical. I saw those two items at Walmart and the lip gloss is on the shelf for $7 and the Secret is almost $8. So it’s a really great deal since u also get 3 dove samples and a couple smaller samples. Plus the lipgloss is actually a useable color, a lot of times in sub boxes u get the worst colors of stuff and that’s so annoying.

Just received mine. WOW! Great deal for five bucks including shipping! Worth it for any one of the four regular (or deluxe sample) items, all of which I will use. Even the lipstick is in a nice neutral tone that I can wear.

Mine came today – Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant, Covergirl Glowing Nights nail polish, Nicki Minaj scent sample, Dove oxygen moisture shampoo and conditioner, L’oreal Youth Code Pore Vanisher, L’oreal Glossy Balm, Neutrogena long wear makeup foundation sample. Not bad for $5.

I received my Walmart box today. Olay regenerist cream, secret clinical strength, cover girl continuous lipstick, l’oreal moisturizer, perfume sample, shampoo & conditioner sample. Pretty good for $5. They only thing I won’t use is the lipstick. That was $5 alone. The other 2 full size items total $16 in the store. My bank says their changing my debit card again because of Home Depot. Last time it was Target. No problems with this transaction.

Do not put your info in for this walmart box. I bought it on Monday and today had a fraudulent purchase on my credit card!

My box came today 9/15/14. Anyone else get their’s? Mine was boxed very nicel. Although there was no packing inside the box to prevent items from being knocked around, nothing was broken. I was extremely pleased with what was in my box and the value of my box. My total value was about $32.00. I had two full size items, a foil packet of shampoo/conditioner, a perfume sample, and two deluxe size samples. Since I am SO happy with my box and because these are tailored to your age, I ordered one for each of my two daughters. I can’t wait for theirs to arrive!

Hello everyone, I was one of the stupid ones who was so excited about this that signed up right away. I didn’t even realize the site wasn’t secured. Well, this morning checking my bank account – I have some charges pending that are not mine! Now, while I can’t blame Walmart I have to say in my heart of hearts that that I want to!

The boxes should ship within 7-10 business days of your order/subscription. They just came out at the end of August with this Beauty Box. Since these boxes are Seasonal – this first box is designed for this Fall season and (I was told) should be similar for everyone except for a couple of items which are based off of your age (they asked for your DOB when you signed up). My charge was processed on the 4th so I would expect to see my box sometime around 15th-18th. This information was given to me from their customer service line. I’ve called twice and both times a live person has answered. Maybe that was just luck.
Oh and WalMart also has “Baby Boxes” but I was told that those don’t ship as quickly as the Beauty Boxes.

I just checked the website to see if there was any kind of an update in my account to indicate shipping or….anything. My account says ‘processed’. Can’t find any information about when this might ship. Anyone else curious?

I ordered one. I’m interested to see what they send out. People who say they won’t get one bc they don’t want to support Walmart so they aren’t buying one are stupid. Walmart doesn’t care about your crappy $5. They even say it’s only to cover shipping.

I ended up ordering this with a pre-paid card. Does everyone realize this is an automatic once per season box? It’s not a one-time thing. I didn’t realize this until I read the terms and conditions.

Wow – a LOT of judgment and condescension in some of these comments.

After all this talk, I panicked and reached out via the email in my order confirmation and got a similar response as the email below but he also mentioned a “blogger posting about the box without the correct information” referring to this post, which I thought was funny because Liz is my one and only source for sub boxes and I trust her more than this company. However, the email also stated they’ve received a lot of phone calls and emails about the issue but it is legit and safe. Who knew a 5$ walmart box was going to create so much controversy!

I think I’ll skip this one. My Walmart account has been hacked before, and they didn’t do much about it. The breach came from Walmart’s end of things, not mine. I’m not risking putting my card info on any of their sites again.

I was curious to know why I needed to enter my date of birth when subscribing so I contacted their Customer Support line.
I was told that not everyone will receive the same items, and that they use the date of birth to customize a few of the items at their discretion.

That’s interesting and good to know up front that boxes may vary from each other.

I saw a discussion on this box somewhere and now I can’t find it but I heard that it is 50.00 for the box that comes with the season and it is 5.00 shipping. Not sure though.

Totally was worried about the non https website but I emailed their customer service and got an acknowledgement of the situation, clarification of the issue, and word from the president of the brandshare sample box team that their website is secure. His response:
