Oh no! I bought the voucher from Gilt City and now I’m worried about using it. My BF found a bunch of reviews on yelp that gave them horrible reviews too…I’m really worried about purchasing from them now and not sure what I should do…since I already bought the voucher.

All I did was go on gilt city’s website start an online chat with a customer rep and tell them what happened that you read reviews and are not comfortable giving them your credit card info and they refunded me in full ! They are very wonderful at gilt I was super bummed cuz me and my boyfriend love the clothes but the hassle isn’t worth it :/

Check with Gilt and see if you can have your voucher credited to your account. LS (Living Social) offers a guarantee where they will refund an unused voucher within a certain amount of time. It’s worth checking out if you do not want to use the voucher.

BEWARE ! … liz their clothes are wonderful i will give them that ! but i bought this guilt city voucher and attempted to sign up on the five four website, everything worked except when i clicked place order it kept loading loading loading. i clicked it more than once, but my order never went through. i had a pending charge five times for a cent from five four , i didn’t care it was a penny. but i never received confirmation. i called five four customer service and the guy was of no help said ” try again tomorrow ” .. luckily the wonderful customer service at gilt city refunded my voucher. i read reviews for FIVE FOUR and they are all 1 star… some times wonderful clothes aren’t worth the hassle !
