After seeing this spoiler picture below, I reached out to FabFitFun to find out if all of those question marks represent items!

Here’s what I found out: In addition to the apron and dermalogica spoilers, there will be 7 additional full size items and two bonus items. (I’m guessing bonus items will be similar in value to the Slim Fast bar and Always pads included in the summer box).

  1. Someone just posted a picture of the Fall box on the FFF facebook page…from what I can tell, the two spoilers were the big ticket items, but hard to tell from the picture

  2. Considering the summer box just sold out maybe 2-3 weeks ago, I’m going to wait and see what’s in it first. They literally sent me and email everyday trying to get me to subscribe before and after the summer box came out. That kind of turns me off. Like they just seem desperate when they do that.

      • I already ordered. πŸ™ I just need to know when they bill for the box. I used my Paypal card, but I don’t see it in my activity. But it is linked to my regular bank account. I’m just confused on their billing. Thank you though, I wish I knew about the extra coupon codes! I did get a $10 off!

        • I used to use pay pal all the time but stopped because i think it can take 2-3 business days for it to go through your bank. Almost like a check even if u use instant payment. Check tonight after midnight and then recheck a few days from now. Fab fit fun charges immediately after like the 15th. It has to be something with pay pal. I used to do a lot of buying and selling with eBay using pay pal. Did you do an instant payment through a bank card or checking? Checking takes longer. I usually do an instant payment. I would contact your bank to see if anything is processing. You should receive an email from fab fit fun and pay pal. You may have to wait 3 days and know for sure maybe 5 days. Hope I helped some. πŸ™‚

          • I have a debit card from paypal that works just like my regular bank card. We use it all the time at the store. We swipe it, put in our pin (or as credit) and it goes through immediately. I just bought something the other day from and it went through immediately. Its weird. I got an email from FabFitFun saying I was a member and that boxes started shipping this week, but I can’t find the payment on either account. I have money in both accounts to cover the payment. If there isn’t enough in Paypal, it pulls directly from my checking to cover it. WEIRD. I call FFF and had to leave a message.

  6. I caved and signed up again with with $15 off thanks Liz!!! It let me use my same email that was inactive as i canceled after this summer box. It already charged me so I’m hoping there isn’t a problem.. now I’m nervous they will cancel since I’m not new! Nooooooo

    • Word. I was super UNimpressed with the summer box – except for the Flash Facial which I love. So I cancelled. They tried to get me to re-up for $10 off and I said no, but for $20 off?? OK, I’m in.

    • BTW I see that the Groupon expires 1/15/15…. so I am going to wait for more Fall Spoilers before committing to the Fall Box. (I have enough aprons…) I think we could also use this groupon to order the Winter Box.

    • I don’t see an “Angela” in the FB comments, just a “Jennifer.” Help?

      • The FB comments weren’t loading consistently for me. Sometimes I see Angela’s comment and sometimes I don’t. (I don’t see “Jennifer” at all.) Try a different browser or device, or try leaving the site and coming back, or maybe refreshing the page. I’m not sure what combination of things actually works.

          • Hi guys, the “Angela” link doesn’t work anymore, it says sold out. If someone wants to start a new one? I think what it is, is if you buy a groupon and then you share it with friends, you get money back (I think it was $5 off). So, the way some people got $20 off, is they bought they groupon for $15 through Angela’s link and then they should get $5 back from Groupon.

  12. Does anyone know if this code also includes the infuser water bottle?

    • I wish it did but doubt it as the infuser was another code. So it was the bottle of $15 off. Would be awesome if it did πŸ™‚

  13. Is this code for new subscribers or can it be used for existing? If so, how do I use it for existing?

    • I believe it is only for new customers.

    • You could just create a second account.
      But usually they will offer current customers a special price to buy additional boxes. It’ll be like 10 off if I remember correctly so if you’re looking to buy more boxes look for that invite. Or you could always create a new account and use the MSA code.

  16. I seem to have confused myself somehow. Are we talking about the September box? I thought it was a quarterly box? But people are talking about September and October boxes.

    Still new to this game, so please bear with me.

    • I think they were referring to the Popsugar Must Have subscription box in those comments.

  17. I’m super irked that I had a TON of referral points and yet got charged the full $50 for my box! Like enough points for 3 boxes! And my big gripe of the moment is the fact their site still isn’t optimized for iPad use. Logging in is all but impossible from any mobile device. When I called about this a few months ago they said they were working on it and expected the site optimization to be complete by July. Not so much. So now I have to call AGAIN to get a refund. I’m growing quite weary of my “VIP” experience….

  18. This box is free for me from referrals but I’m super exited for the apron and Dermalogica alone and so 7 additional full size items is wonderful. Do they normally release a 3rd spoiler or do we wait to see what comes when we receive the package. I’m thinking we will get some makeup this time and that would be nice. I don’t mind the sponsored items either and I’m sure there will probably be a snack. πŸ™‚

  20. I think it is nice that a company is rewarding its long time customers by allowing them to choose an apron. It seems like at times subs don’t reward the customers that stay with them.

    I did decide to order a box again and will be part of the first wave.

    • How did you learn that? I wonder how long is a long time subscriber? I haven’t heard anything about this.

      • Me either and I’ve subscribed for going on 2 years. Since mine shipped today I guess it’s a moot point. That’s always been my biggest gripe with FFF – they do a poor job pushing out info to everyone equally. Subscribers shouldn’t have to stumble into info about discounts, free extras, options, etc.

        • How can you tell that it shipped? I cannot find that in my account. Thanks.

    • Choose an apron??? I did not get an email so are they going to choose for me???

  21. I caved and signed up since I wanted to cancel Popsugar and try something new and the new website appears to have cancelled my subscription for me πŸ™‚

    • Pretty sure you just have to reset your password…

    • Your order is still in their system, just not on your account page. I think you have to email them to cancel. Otherwise you will be billed for the October box.

    • New to FFF, so I have a question. Would that be the summer box or the new fall box?? Groupon states a lot of the items listed in the summer box and that’s not really the one I want.

      • Do a general search from Google for “fabfitfun groupon.” I found it that way (not the first link in the search results, but the second one for me). The search on the Groupon site was useless.

        It says that the Groupon is valid till December. I don’t think its specific to the summer box. I plan to wait till all spoilers for fall are known and then use the groupon.

        It does not come up when you search for it unless you do this: FabFitFun search in New York. Hope that helps!

        • And its obvious that they would include a photo of the summer box. That was their last box and they are hardly likely to put a picture with full info for the fall box. πŸ™‚ Atleast that’s how I am rationalizing it. πŸ™‚

        • I am kind of confused about the whole groupon site. You mentioned not using the Groupon till later. I have never used the site before and just ordered the fab fit fun box on there. Is there something else I have to do to redeem the groupon/order I placed?

    • I totally just got sucked in by this groupon!

  24. When do they normally release full spoilers?

    • I was wondering the same thing! I’m trying really hard to hold off until then, or at least a good half of the spoilers. And a $15 code if I can snag one!

    • The boxes ship on the 22nd, so full spoilers SHOULD be available later next week! I’ve never seen them sell out before full spoilers show up on the blogs πŸ™‚

      • I called yesterday and was told my box had shipped, although she couldn’t provide a tracking number. I had the distinct feeling she was telling me what I wanted to hear.

        • When I received the email about being a FabFitFun Select VIP they also stated that one of my “perks” was that my box would be “one of the first ones out the door when we start shipping NEXT WEEK.” (emphasis is mine) I don’t think that any of them have yet shipped.

    • If you try to follow the shapes, I think there are more question marks than black boxes!

  26. They had actually sent me an email saying that because I was a VIP subscriber I would be able to have my choice of the Jessica Steele Apron from the four designs. I was able to input my first and second choice.

      • I just went back and checked– the email came on the 16th and I had through the 17th to “personalize.” It says I am a member of FabFitFun Select, “an exclusive program of perks for our most loyal members.” I may have received this because I purchased a year sub??

        • Ah, that would make sense. I am first time subscriber. Its nice to see a sub box rewarding its most loyal customers for a change though! I wish Popsugar would consider something similar

        • I signed up for a year as well. I got the email too. I just couldn’t decided. told them to surprise me. I think all of them are cute.

    • Yeah I got that email too…I’ve been subscribed since the first box so maybe that’s what makes you a VIP? Not sure but I was very excited about choosing!

      • I got the email too, but this will only be my third box. I am guessing it is tied to the year subscription.

        • I’ve been subbed for a LONG time and nada. That’s rather unfairly random. I’m seeing a slip already since they changed management….feels like sometimes they’re just flying by the seat of their pants. Not a terribly successful business plan IMO.
