I signed up for the Tackle Grab 3 month subscription. As crazy as it sounds I’m so excited for this one! Hopefully it’ll be a good supply for gifts and for my own tackle box 🙂

I just bought the PetBox on Groupon not too long ago. We just got a new puppy and I was really excited to see some toys in there! All I got were treats, no toys or play things so keep that in mind. I did however get a portable water bowl that folds up for on the go. I was slightly disappointed that I didn’t get any toys because that’s why I bought it. The treats were all natural though which I loved.

Barkbox is WAY better than petbox in my opinion. The treats are better quality and every month you get AT LEAST 1 toy and they are always super cute toys that I don’t mind having out when company comes over! I highly suggest trying it out!

It looks like BarkBox is for new customers only? Bummer, I would have liked to take advantage of this as my sub is up for renewal in Dec. I guess I’ll have to try PetBox!

Barkbox only really ever does deals for new customers however, a little trick, if you use a different email that counts as a new customer. I make a new email everytime my subscription is up to get the new deal. Making a new email is totally worth 30% off to me and BarkBox is awesome!!!

Looks like BarkBox is only for Canada?

Definitely not! Its for US too, you just only have to pay shipping if you are in Canada!

I’m looking to buy a gift subscription for a friend with a yorkie, but don’t know which would be best–petbox or bark box… Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I get Dr. D’s and BarkBox.
I like Dr. D’s because it’s customized. My dog loves plush toys and ignore rope and plastic/rubber. It also takes into account allergies, dietary needs, etc.
But…BarkBox just announced a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your dog doesn’t like sometimes email them and they’ll replace it AND you don’t have to send it back. For us we donate our unused toys to a local dog shelter so that may be a good option for you. I know we are now keeping BarkBox because of this.
Last month I emailed them about a toy we didn’t like and they sent me two plush toys for free! Their service is really great! Hope that helps!

I’ve been thinking that Dr. D’s might be what I need. My dog cannot be trusted with plush toys and also she’s 95 pounds so something customizable would be nice (a 50-lb “large” dog box won’t really work for a dog twice that size). And one of my cats has inflammatory bowel disease — the list of things he can’t eat is longer than the list of things he CAN eat.

There’s a fishing subscription? I would think that meant there was a box for everything, but…
I really wish I could find a vegetarian food subscription that wasn’t completely vegan (OK, so I like honey, dairy, and eggs). Seems like there’d be a larger group of people who fall into that group than there would be strict vegans and yet, all my searches are turning up nothing.
