Hero Dog Box Subscription Review - July 2014 Treats

lil' lovee bakery Treats - Value $5

Kona's ChipsOut of Control Peanut Butter Cookies - Value $5.49

I love that both of these treats are made in the USA and have wholesome natural ingredients. Our dog typically prefers meat only treats, but he still likes these.

Hero Dog Box Subscription Review - July 2014 Toy

Honest Pet Products Shampoo - Value $2.49

Tuff Squeaks Marine Critter Plush - Value $10?

Our dog is pretty small (14 lbs) so this shampoo should last for a few baths!)

Hero Dog Box Subscription Review - July 2014 Bag

PooBagger - Value $30

Verdict: This month's box has a value over $50 - and everything included also seems to be very high quality to me. (I really appreciate natural, healthy and made in the USA treats). What do you think Hero Dog Box?

This is running sort of a close 2nd behind Bark Box imo. We send our dog out for baths and i’m not sure how this pooper scooper would work. I would rather see all the money go to treats and toys like BB.

That shampoo would last me like half a bath (but I do self dog wash at Petco Unleashed so they provide all the dog shampoo I use, anyway).

It is a nice assortment of items, and I appreciate the treats are made in the USA. I went to Hero Dog Box’s site, though, and the issue I have with them (and pretty much all other dog subscriptions) is that what’s appropriate for a 50 pound dog (“50+” being the largest size for most of them that I’ve investigated) and what’s appropriate for a 95 pound dog (what I actually have) are not the same. Wish some of the subs would start including a large/giant breed option.
