JewelMint VIPBox Subscription Box Review – May 2014
If you read this blog frequently, then you may know that I can never resist a JewelMint mystery box! So it was only a matter of time before I subscribed to the JewelMint VIPBox subscription!
FYI JewelMint VIPBox is separate from JewelMint – each month you get a mystery box with 3-pieces selected for that month.
The Subscription Box: JewelMint VIPBox
The Cost: $30 a month
The Products: 3 pieces of jewelry each month (over an $80 value)
What do you think of this new JewelMint subscription model? I’m intrigued, but their mystery boxes tend to be hit or miss for me, so I’m debating signing up.

This month’s theme is Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. And from the illustrations and notes it looks like two of these pieces are pre-releases from the June JewelMint collection!
This is my favorite item in the box. I love the muted pastels with the gold, and the hinge style bangle works perfectly for me!
I normally don’t wear much silver jewelry, but I do like this pendant. Here’s a better look at the detail:
I’m not sure if I can pull off the look of these earrings – but they are gorgeous. They may get swapped!
Verdict: I’ve always been pleased with the quality of JewelMint jewelry, and I’m happy to see that their VIPBox is a curated box experience. (Not a grab bag of pieces from previous seasons!). I really like that subscribers get items from their newest collection before it is released too!
What do you think of the JewelMint VIPBox?
I hate that bracelet but the other two pieces I would totally wear! Love the necklace most of all, that is lovely.
Love that necklace!
Oh my gosh I LOVE those earrings – totally my style!
This is my second month, and I’m not thrilled with the service. I’ve been with JM for years. They sent my MB to the wrong address, and not just to the wrong address, they sent it to the other side of the country! Then, it seemed like they thought they were doing me a favor by sending a replacement box. I’ve been with them for years, and order off several ‘mint’ sites, so, no reason why the address should be different.
