Olga Kay Quarterly Subscription Box Review #KAY01 Letter

Each Quarterly box comes with a letter from the curator detailing why they selected each item.

Olga Kay Quarterly Subscription Box Review #KAY01 Mascara

Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Mascara – Value $35 Each!

I was so surprised to see two of these mascaras in the box! (In the letter she doesn’t mention sending two, so I’m wondering if they just had extras and gave subscribers double?)

I haven’t tried this yet, but from the reviews I’ve read, it seems like the trick is to only apply it to your top lashes, otherwise your top and bottom lashes might stick together!

Olga Kay Quarterly Subscription Box Review #KAY01 Headband

Violet Love Headband – Value $17

This brand is new to me, and since I was jealous of all the Birchbox subscribers who got Under Armor headbands this month, getting this item makes up for it! (Plus I love the colors and the print!)

Olga Kay Quarterly Subscription Box Review #KAY01 Soap

Body Kantina Pineapple Soap – Value $12

This soap smells exactly like pineapple! I haven’t used it yet, but it’s in my office now and keeps things smelling tropical!

Olga Kay Quarterly Subscription Box Review #KAY01 Hat

Betsey Johnson Hat – Retail Value $28

At first I wasn’t too excited to see a winter hat in the box (I’m already in spring mode when it comes to buying new clothes and accessories), but this hat is super cute and cozy, and it is about 10 degrees outside right now, so I think it will get lots of use!

Verdict: I am very impressed with the value of the first Olga Kay Box. I paid $50 for this box and received over $125 worth of items! I definitely will keep subscribing for now – I’m excited to see what’s in the next box.

Did you sign up for this box? What do you think of Olga Kay’s first Quarterly box?

  1. So cute! I love that hat! Any coupon codes for quarterly subscriptions? Haven’t gotten any subs on that site so I don’t know how it works. This is the first I’ve seen that tempted me soooo
Any more of these boxes left, or would you get next month’s???

  2. I want this box….super cute!

  3. This looks like an awesome subscription to have!! I’m jealous of all of those items!

  4. Oh and I’m *hoping* her next box will include some of her new sock line. They are super cute and I love cute socks!

  5. I liked this box too. Have been wearing the headband every day (although it tends to slide off my head easily, but I have “issues” with pretty much all headbands so may just be my odd head). The hat is probably too young for me, but who cares, it’s cute and I’m going to wear it 🙂 I thought the same about the mascara, weird there are two, but I’m not complaining!

The soap smells fantastic. At first I thought it was candied pineapple and almost took a bite! Whoops! Glad I looked closer 😛

  6. I LOVED Olga’s first box – I simply cannot wait for her next one. Every item was a win for me, when most subscriptions I receive end up with a reject or two. And two mascara’s – lucky us – wow!!

    • I’m glad you loved it too! Can’t wait to see what’s next from her 🙂
