When does BOXYCHARM ship?

When does BoxyCharm ship?

For US subscribers

BoxyCharm boxes shipped within the US typically ship 5-10 business days from successful billing. An email with tracking information is sent within 48-72 business hours from shipment to help you keep tabs on your box arrival date. Prepaid BoxyCharm boxes are shipped within 5-10 business days after the 1st of each month.

Shipment to non-continental U.S. States (Alaska and Hawaii) and unincorporated U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana) may be longer than 5-10 business days. BoxyCharm is sent through a variety of shipping companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to help your box get to your front door quicker.

For Canadian subscribers

Canadian customers will receive their BoxyCharm approximately 10-20 days after it ships. Boxes ship within 5-15 days from successful billing. Note that BoxyCharm ships in batches and that delivery times can vary from month to month. However you’ll always receive a shipping verification email within 2-3 days from the ship date that includes a tracking code to keep you in the loop about your BoxyCharm’s arrival.

How much is BoxyCharm shipping?

Free! Shipping is included in your BoxyCharm membership for those located in the contingent United States. BoxyCharm subscribers outside the contingent United States are charged an additional $5 shipping fee for BoxyCharm box and $8 fee for BoxyLuxe. Customs clearing and duty fees are also responsible by BoxyCharm subscribers. BoxyCharm does not pay for any custom or duty  fees from imported goods. 

Where does BoxyCharm ship?

BoxyCharm currently ships to the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, all the US territories, PO Boxes, APO, DPO, and FPO boxes. BoxyCharm also ships to Canada as well as it’s territories, provinces and military locations. 

How can I change my shipping address?

When your order is processed, your Boxycharm will be sipped to the address on file.

  1. Log into your Boxycharm account at http://www.boxycharm.com
  2. Click Edit under the address section
  3. Update your new address and click Save

If you’d like to update your address, make sure to do so before the first of the month to ensure your box is delivered to the correct address. Forwarding addresses will not be processed but instead, sent back to BoxyCharm. Contact the Customer Service Team at help.boxycharm.com for assistance.
