To me, nothing is more refreshing than a glass of water. It’s how I start and end my day, and how I care for my body throughout. My colleague in Western Pennsylvania says that where she lives, the water that comes out of the tap will sometimes taste faintly metallic; in other areas it’s almost bitter. Wherever you’re located, if there’s moss or fungus growing in the pipes or reservoirs you could detect an earthy taste.
