How Do I Cancel My Le Tote Subscription?
Le Tote memberships are continuous and will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel your account. If for any reason, you’d like to cancel your Le Tote subscription, make sure to do so prior to the renewal of your membership to avoid being charged for another month.
Once you've cancelled your account, send back your tote in the mail within 5 days to avoid any additional charges. Keep in mind, there is no cancellation fee to pause your subscription and you can resubscribe at anytime.
How do I put my Le Tote account on hold?
You can always place your Le Tote account on Hold to prevent your next tote from being sent. When your account is placed on hold, you won't be sent any totes or charged membership fees until you choose to reactivate your account.
Here's how to pause your Le Tote subscription:
- Log into your account
- Click on your Account
- Select Edit Membership Details
- Choose Skip a Month or I need a Break
- Click Submit
Place your tote into the pre-paid envelope and send at least 3 days before your next billing date. All your styling information will be saved in your account and you're free to make online purchases at a discounted membership price.
