This one is dedicated to my beef-enthusiast husband. After a workout session, this meal is ideal for recovering all that energy and sleeping like a baby. The steak is easy to make and has an excellent buttery taste. However, my faves are the sides: amandine green beans and crispy round potatoes are to die for.
