10/10 stars! Plum Deluxe is beyond worth the price! I got this as a gift for my mother (and myself) for Mother’s Day about a year ago and she and I have loved it. This is some of the best tea we have ever had and it lasts a long time plus it doesn’t require any additional sweeteners to still taste wonderful. My mother regularly has guests at her house and these teas are always a huge hit with regular tea drinkers and new tea drinkers alike. Besides the wonderful tea itself, Andy Hayes is one of the most customer focused men we have ever met. My mother has a very low caffeine tolerance and when we reached out about switching to a low caffeine/herbal subscription Andy responded within an hour (on a weekend), helped to find out exactly what my mother wanted, and made sure the new shipment would be filled with herbal teas to add to her collection. Recently, I went online to order a favorite and found it no longer listed on the webpage. I reached out to Andy (on a weekend again) and he informed me within an hour that it wasn’t a popular tea so it was no longer offered on the site but he would make me a custom batch for no additional charge. I could not ask for more in a company than what Plum Deluxe offers; great tea at a great price and stellar customer service. If you are thinking about trying a tea subscription look no further!
