I ordered two medium sized plants and a few small succulents for a Christmas present in 2020 while we were all indoors. I was lucky it wasn't too cold but they had amazing heated boxes to keep the plants going strong during shipping. The succulents I got were supposed to be a blend and there were a couple duplicates - customer service was amazing and shipped out a couple fresh succulents based on which types I already received. Tip - if you're into plant care, re-pot your plants as soon as possible to set them up for success in your home, their roots might not be healthy in the pot they were shipped in.
