Spot & Tango Overview
About the Brand
Spot & Tango is fresh, human-grade dog food made from wholesome ingredients (including fruits!) in small batches. Plans start at $1/day, depending on your dog's size and needs. Spot & Tango only uses the highest-quality ingredients, and never uses feed-grade ingredients, meat meals, anything artificial, preservatives, additives, or fillers. All recipes exclude wheat, soy, and gluten, which is typically found in commercial kibble. Spot & Tango is made in a USDA/FDA-inspected kitchen according to AAFCO nutritional standards. Spot & Tango's recipes were developed by veterinarians and animal nutritionists, and are complete and balanced for puppies and adult dogs. Spot & Tango has two options: UnKibble, made with only fresh ingredients and then dried. Fresh food is cooked in small batches to retain nutrients for your pup. It arrives fresh just defrost, snip the package open, and serve. When you sign up for Spot & Tango, you complete an in-depth quiz about your dog(s). Spot & Tango will recommend the best recipes for your dog's needs (weight, activity level, breed, age, etc.). Then, you can set up recurring shipments of your recommended recipes.
With Spot & Tango’s dog food delivery service, UnKibble plans start at $7/week. Fresh plans start at $15/week. Exact cost depends on your personalized plan based on your dog’s age, weight, activity level, and other factors. Shipping is free in the 48 contiguous United States.

How are Spot & Tango’s pet food recipes made?
All Spot & Tango Fresh food and UnKibble recipes are complete and balanced for puppies and adult dogs according to AAFCO nutritional standards. Spot & Tango’s Fresh food is based on original home-cooked recipes perfected by vets and veterinary nutritionists. Fresh dog food recipes (Turkey & Red Quinoa, Beef & Millet, and Lamb & Brown Rice) are prepared in a USDA/FDA-inspected kitchen. Each human-grade ingredient is gently cooked to maximize nutrients, and recipes are then flash-frozen for freshness and shipped to your door within days. UnKibble recipes (Duck & Salmon, Beef & Barley, and Chicken & Brown Rice) are gently dried using Spot & Tango’s unique Fresh Dry process for the best nutrition for your dog. All recipes are GMO and hormone-free, and complete and balanced for all life stages.
Should I feed my dog Fresh or UnKibble food?
It’s up to you (and your pup!). Fresh recipes have a soft, wet texture. They come in pre-portioned packs for stackable freezer storage. Fresh recipes are great for any dog, especially picky eaters or senior dogs with brittle teeth. UnKibble recipes are made with a unique Fresh Dry process to have a crunchy texture. They come with a customized serving scoop, and can be stored in the pantry (for those who may have limited freezer space).
