"Some difference after 1 year of use on rosacea symptoms. "

I’ve taken Seed for a year now. I started taking it because I have rosacea. I wanted to see if it would improve my gut health. So last year my gut health was very very bad. I was Flush red after every meal. Even just basic meals. Just chicken and salad (no tomatoes). So I knew if I took something that it would take about a year to see any kind of results. So as of today, my gut health is better but it’s not the best. I’m able to eat more things than before but not everything. I dont think that it helps me with bloating or bowel movements. I just take it because something is better than nothing. I was going to stop taking it to see if there is a difference next month. But overall, I FEEL good about the product. I really like that it’s a symbiotic and that I know specifically which probiotics I’m ingesting. I’m just staying positive because honestly it’s the only product they has made a small difference and that’s ok with me. Way too expensive for no reason but I understand.

"Seed made me fatigued and gain weight"

Hello, I am 35 years old and decided to start Seed symbiotic to heal my gut. I have been having issues with migraines and weight gain and was hopeful this was my answer. I workout 5 days a week for an hour as a mix of weight lifting and cardio, the past couple of years I keep gaining weight and couldn't figure out why. I had been 115 lbs my whole life and now can't get under 130lbs. I follow a paleo 1200 Cal diet 95% of the time and it just made no sense to me. Also, living with a daily migraine was becoming unbearable and it seemed like my doctors were no help. So I went the homeopathic. When I started Seed I never had GI issues. I however noticed that I was more fatigued. This progressed more and more as the weeks went on. I started falling asleep during the day, was going to bed super early. Was losing my ability to lift and each week the amount I could lift decreased. My endurance in cardio was horrendous. I started to gain weight. I stopped Seed and am back to normal. Not for me.

I think the product that seed advertises is sufficient. Although, not as impactful as they suggest. The real issue with seed is that they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Whatever benefit you might get from taking this probiotic will not be worth the headache of dealing with this company.
