First Impressions
I've subscribed to many different beauty boxes over the years, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Allure. However, the moment my box arrived, I was absolutely hooked! The box was surprisingly heavy and packed with full-size products that I can actually see myself using. I'm officially obsessed!

To kick things off, our box included a copy of The Edit, Allure Beauty Box's accompanying magazine. This booklet provides information about all the products in the box, including their retail prices, what makes them special, and tips on how to use them. It also features QR codes that make shopping for your favorite items easy, along with coupon codes to help you save on future purchases. I love having all this information in one place, especially when trying out new beauty products! I had so much fun flipping through the booklet and reading about each item as I explored this month's box. It's a thoughtful addition that makes the whole unboxing experience even more enjoyable!
Kat Burki Rosehip Intense Recovery Eye Serum - FULL SIZE - Retail Value $145
As I approach the end of my 30s, skincare has become increasingly important to me. I've tried countless eye serums over the years, but I was especially intrigued by the rosehip oil in this Kat Burki formula. With a soft, floral scent, the serum applies beautifully to my under-eye area and helps minimize the appearance of fine lines and dullness. Formulated with retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide, and rosehip oil, it's lightweight and works well under makeup or as part of my nighttime skincare routine.
I really appreciated the subtle fragrance and how lovely it felt on my skin. This serum is definitely on the pricey side, so I'm thrilled to have received a full-size version to try before committing to the investment myself. Discovering it at a fraction of the retail price through a subscription box was a huge win for me!
Belif Super Drops Niacinamide Golden Glow Serum - FULL SIZE - Retail Value $38.00
This month, I had the opportunity to choose one of four products for my October box, and I went with the Belif Super Drops Niacinamide Golden Glow Serum. This serum is fantastic for boosting skin radiance and adding a beautiful, healthy-looking glow. Formulated with clean ingredients, it only takes a couple of drops to give my skin a hydrated, luminous finish that I don't get from other products. It also works beautifully under foundation, helping to even out my skin tone while boosting hydration. I've tried other Belif products in the past, and this one is another winner!
Charlotte Tilbury Glossy Fresh Pink Lip Duo - FULL SIZE - Retail Value $26.00
OMG, we have another winner on our hands! I've used Charlotte Tilbury products before, but I've never tried this lip duo. The set includes a mini Lip Cheat lip liner in Pillow Talk and a mini Collagen Lip Bath lip gloss in Refresh Rose. Together, these products create the perfect combination for enhancing the appearance of fuller lips without any invasive treatments!
I don't use lip liner very often, but this shade matched my natural lip color beautifully and allowed me to slightly overline my lips for a fuller look without appearing fake. After lining my lips, I applied the gloss, which delivered a gorgeous, high-shine, glassy finish. Honestly, I've used this duo every day since opening it, and I absolutely love both the color combination and the products themselves!
Color Wow Insta-Wow Advanced Dry Shampoo - FULL SIZE - Retail Value $32.00
The next item in my box was a generous 5-ounce can of Color Wow dry shampoo, and as a girl with fine hair, I absolutely love a good dry shampoo! I try to wash my hair every other day, but sometimes life gets busy, and I need to stretch it an extra day. That's where a product like this comes in handy! This dry shampoo is colorless, so it doesn't leave behind that dreaded white residue, and it has a lovely, fresh scent with notes of apple and jasmine. Even better, it helps add a little extra volume to my hair, which is always a huge bonus when you have fine hair like mine. I love finding products that help refresh my hair, make it smell amazing, and give it a little boost between washes without weighing it down.
Seriously, this box just keeps getting better and better! Between the full-size products, the variety, and the fact that these are items I can genuinely see myself using, I'm beyond impressed. Allure Beauty Box, you are absolutely ahhhh-mazing!
Earth Harbor Azure Peptide Smoothing Water Cream - FULL SIZE - $44.00
Earth Harbor is another brand I am familiar with, and I've actually used a full container of this Peptide Smoothing Water Cream in the past! Created with copper peptides and stem cells, this lightweight moisturizer gives hydration that feels light and fresh. There is only a light floral scent that is easy to wear, and it can be applied in the morning or at night for a little extra moisture. After this month, I have seriously noticed a skin improvement!
Givenchy Prisme Libre Glow Serum Foundation - Sample
The last item I received was a sample of the Givenchy Prisme Libre Glow Serum Foundation. This sample included four foil packets in different shades, which made it easy to experiment and find the perfect match for my skin tone. While this foundation is definitely on the pricey side, I was impressed by its creamy texture and beautiful finish, and it seems like it could be well worth the investment! I was able to mix the shades to create my ideal color, and the lasting power was fantastic. I love when a foundation not only feels great on my skin but also holds up throughout the day. I'm so thankful for this subscription and the opportunity to try high-end beauty products like this at a fraction of their retail cost before deciding whether to splurge on a full-size version!
New Subscriber Item - Kit-Sch Hair Perfume - FULL SIZE - Retail Value $55.00
This item wasn't included in the booklet because it was a special free gift for new subscribers, which was such a lovely surprise! This hair perfume has a gorgeous pistachio and coffee scent that feels warm, musky, and sophisticated, adding a touch of elegance to my hair. It's definitely a sexy, alluring fragrance, but it's also easy to wear without feeling overpowering. I love how it adds a little something extra to my beauty routine, and the scent is absolutely delightful! I'm especially happy with the generous size and the fact that I genuinely love the fragrance. It's always a win when a bonus gift turns out to be something you would happily purchase for yourself!
