First Impressions
April is here, and we’re finally starting to see some nice weather! While the rain continues, the snow has stopped for at least a couple of days, and the high for today is 60—I'll take it!
I’ll be honest, I’ve been struggling with a few health issues lately, and my anxiety has been through the roof. This month’s Bath Bevy “Keep Calm and Have a Spa Day” box arrived just in time to help me pause and take a breath. Filled with indulgent, relaxing goodies, this subscription never disappoints—and after checking off my to-do list, I couldn’t wait to dive in. Keep reading to see what makes it so amazing!
Unlike some subscription boxes, this blue and white box presents beautifully. Not only does this box have some serious weight to it, but it also boasts theme-coordinating tissue paper, a sweetly placed sticker, and crinkle paper! These small but thoughtful touches make this truly feel like I am opening a gift, which makes it all the more fun! Besides the items, Bath Bevy also includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Green Tea Bath Bomb - Retail Value $8.00
Bath bombs are definitely our favorite items to receive in the Bath Bevy box. The first one we received this month was green and white and, as always, jumbo-sized! Green tea is a new fragrance for us, and it has a slightly earthy, floral scent. In the packaging, it isn’t overpowering, and the pretty muted tones are relaxing just to look at.
Charlie asked if he could have this bath bomb, so I’ve saved it for him and don’t have photos of it in use yet—but I’ll keep you posted after he soaks in it! In general, these bath bombs are beautiful, smell great, and create a lovely bath color without staining.
I’ll be honest, I recently received a couple of bath bombs from Lush as a gift, and they stained my tub—and my son’s hands. I really appreciate Bath Bevy for their formula, because these are so much less stressful to use!
Lavender Champagne Bath Bomb - Retail Value $8.00
Another winner in this month’s box was the “Lavender Champagne” bath bomb. This version is scented with lavender oil, citrus notes, and sweet vanilla. It created the ultimate relaxation experience when I dropped it into the tub, and the infused water left my skin feeling silky, soft, and hydrated.
I enjoyed the light lavender color it gave the bathwater, and I’d definitely be happy to receive this one again.
Unwind Bath Fizzy Dust - Retail Value $10.00
Bath fizzy dust comes in a close second to the bath bombs. We love that it comes in a pouch large enough for multiple bath occasions, and it fizzes just as well as a bath bomb. This month’s version smelled decadent! With notes of lemon and lime, it gave me the ultimate spring feel and left the bathroom smelling like a citrus oasis. Love it!
Bath Tea - Retail Value $9.00
How cute is this little tea container?! The next inclusion in this awesome box was a charming takeout-style container filled with bath tea bags. Featuring a little metal handle, it’s seriously adorable.
Inside are four small pouches containing a blend of lavender, rose, hibiscus, chamomile, orange peel, and lemongrass. With its soothing, tea-like aroma, it’s both earthy and sweet—the perfect mix for a soak after an especially stressful day.
I love natural scents, and this was amazing!
Spa Day Whipped Soap Scrub - Retail Value $15.00
Soap scrub is definitely one of my family’s favorite inclusions in the tubless box. Made with sugar, this soapy scrub does a fabulous job of gently removing the day’s grime. It’s fun to use and super functional—especially helpful before a shave or after a long day at baseball practice.
This month’s scent was one of our favorites—citrusy and sweet. The green color was also a big hit with the kids, making cleanup time more fun and exciting. And with two boys, that matters!
Downshift Epsom Salt - Retail Value $16.00
The last item we received was a large bag of Downshift Epsom Salt. This coarse magnesium sulfate has a very “grandma scent” in the best way! With notes of soft florals, it truly reminds me of my grandma Carol, and I really needed that after the week I’ve been having.
The combination of scent and Epsom salt creates an incredibly soothing, moisturizing bath. Perfect for soaking after a long day, my muscles genuinely felt better afterward. This was such a calming addition to the box and includes enough for multiple relaxing baths for the whole family.
