The February 2026 Box
As a long-time beauty enthusiast and subscription box reviewer, I've tried just about every make-up box out there. Medusa’s Make-Up, though, has steadily carved out a special spot in my rotation. When I first got the chance to review one of their boxes, I was curious, and now, several months (and many fun looks) later, I’m fully hooked. Each delivery brings something bold, cruelty-free, and totally unique. So, what’s inside February's box? Let’s dive in and see what this month has to offer!
Wrapped in a beautiful pink foil mailer, it was love at first sight! I was so excited to find this in my mailbox—I actually jumped for joy. This month, my products arrived safely, with most items neatly contained in the reusable pouch and one item wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
Now, let’s dig in and see what I received!
Kicking things off, we have an info card that lists everything included in the box along with the retail values. I’m really digging the content card this month! Not only is the front cute, but the back breaks down each included item and its retail value. Let’s take a closer look, shall we?
Blush Assorted Heart - Retail Value $14.00
Packaging is something Medusa’s Make-Up does extremely well, and this first item had me swooning at first glance. Pink AND heart-shaped, this blush compact is absolutely darling. With a bright pink blush inside, it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. Easy to apply with impressive staying power, this blush has quickly become a new favorite. An adorable addition to my makeup bag, it easily replaced my previous blush—and makes me feel instantly more chic.
Forevermore - Bestie - Listed Value $16.00
The next item I received was also adorably packaged and even featured a sword on the label! I’ve received a few other “Forevermore” lipsticks in the past, and while I love the formula, this particular shade just wasn’t quite it for me. Maybe better suited for a summer tan, it felt a bit too orange against my winter skin tone. That said, it does last—I had to scrub and use makeup remover to get it off my lips!
Baked Eyeshadow - After Hours – Listed Value $12.00
I love shimmery shadows, and this month I received the prettiest neutral shimmer ever! Packed in a small pressed pan, there’s a generous amount of shadow that adds the most beautiful metallic shine to my lids. Whether used as a base layer or tapped on top for a silvery glow, this is a versatile product that works beautifully for a variety of looks.
I Heart Me Lip Gloss - Listed Value $14.00
The next item I received was my absolute favorite. I love, love, love the packaging, formula, and color of this lip gloss! Burgundy and beautiful, it’s easily one of my favorite items I’ve ever received. With impressive staying power, it wears more like a lipstick or stain than a gloss—but I don’t care what you call it, it’s amazing. And can we talk about how cute the heart-shaped tube and cap are? I just can’t! 💖
Eye Dust - Listed Value $12.00
The last item I received was a small container of shimmery loose powder eyeshadow in a light pastel purple shade. I’ll be honest—purple isn’t usually my go-to when it comes to makeup, as I tend to prefer more neutral tones for my eyeshadow. That said, this one was actually really pretty. It didn’t apply as an intense purple, but rather as a soft silvery-lilac that read more neutral on the eyes. I appreciated the inclusion and feel it will elevate my eyeshadow game without being too much, so I’m glad to have it!
The Verdict
This month’s curation from Medusa’s Make-Up was a really fun mix, and I loved the heart-themed items! My clear favorite was the “I Heart Me” lip gloss, but I enjoyed almost everything, which is definitely a win. That said, next month I’d really love to see some glitter included.
