Enchanted Crystal is a monthly subscription for crystals, hand-picked and uniquely curated to offer a truly enchanted crystal experience.

My Subscription Addiction received this box free for review. (Check out the editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

This is a review for the $42.00 Crystal Variety box.

First Impressions

How cute is the crystal covered tape that wraps this sturdy box? Such a lovely presentation! The crystals were carefully packaged: nestled in several feet of sturdy paper and (separately) enclosed in bubble wrap. Not surprisingly, they arrived in perfect condition.

I’m happy to see that Enchanted Crystal has continued using QR codes on the insert included in the box. There are three QR codes that take you to the Enchanted Crystal Library as well as links to welcome letters!

In the latest letter, Enchanted Crystal updates subscribers on the exciting changes that they continue to make. For instance, they’ve added more entries to their Crystal Library to which they also plan to add identifying photos. And if you’re on TikTok, check out their channel: @enchanted_crystal.

The Crystals

Maharashtra Zeolite

This is the first time I’ve heard of Maharashtra Zeolite and I love that Enchanted Crystal sends me crystals that are totally new to me. According to the new Crystal Library on Enchanted Crystal’s website,

“Zeolites are a group of minerals that belong to the aluminosilicate family. They are known for their unique crystal structure and porous nature, which allows them to absorb and release water and other molecules. Zeolites can occur in various forms and colors, each with its own specific properties.”

According to Crystals & Jewelry, metaphysically it’s said that, “Zeolites will stimulate contact with the spirit animal world and allow you to take flight while meditating.” Some also think that it has powerful vibrations and can help with past-life recognition.

Adamite (Rare)

This is also my first experience with Adamite. It was first discovered in 1866 in Chile. It’s usually a yellow color and found growing on other crystals. If you look closely at my specimen, you’ll see patches of small, yellowish crystals sparkling on top of the rest of the stone.

According to the Crystal Council, “Adamite is very rare crystal you’ll only see in small pieces so it’s common for users to use an enhancing crystal such as Quartz or Rose Quartz to elevate the effects.“

If you follow the QR code to the Enchanted Crystal Library you’ll find that,

“Metaphysically, adamite is associated with joy, creativity, and self-expression. It is believed to stimulate the solar plexus and heart chakras, promoting positivity, optimism, and a sense of inner joy.”

Danburite (Rare)

Danburite is another rare stone. It can be found in several places in the world, including Danbury, Connecticut, from which it takes its name. It’s usually colorless but can have the pale pink hue that my specimen has. (Making it very difficult to photograph.) What I really love about it though, is its shape. It looks like two crystals smashed into each other and kept growing!

The Enchanted Crystal Library states that,

“Metaphysically, danburite is highly regarded for its spiritual properties….It is said to bring a sense of serenity and uplift the spirit, helping individuals align with their higher purpose and relinquish past burdens.”

Datolite

Datolite is yet another crystal that is new to me! Enchanted Crystal writes that, “It occurs as prismatic or blocky crystals and is often transparent to translucent.” My specimen has a soft greenish hue.

The Crystal Library also explains that,

“Metaphysically, datolite is associated with emotional healing, communication, and spiritual growth….Datolite is also believed to promote forgiveness, compassion, and harmony in relationships. It is used by some individuals for meditation, dream work, and accessing higher states of consciousness.”

Diopside (Rare)

I have heard of Diopside before, but this is the first piece I’ve been able to add to my collection. It’s a rare stone, which I find so exciting. According to the Crystal Council, “Diopside is very hard to find on the mineral market, which has caused a huge demand allowing for largely inflated prices to occur.“

Enchanted Crystal’s Library states that,

“Metaphysically, Diopside is believed to have a calming and grounding energy. It is associated with the heart chakra, promoting emotional healing, compassion, and love. Diopside is said to help release emotional blockages and promote self-acceptance and self-forgiveness. It is also considered a stone of growth and transformation, assisting in personal and spiritual evolution.”

Chevron Amethyst

Chevron Amethyst is the other stone in this box that I’ve seen before. However, this is the first piece of it in my collection. It’s fascinating! I love that the color appears in stripes of purple and white. It’s those bands that give Chevron Amethyst its name. Bands of Amethyst alternate with clear Quartz in chevron shaped bands. The formation of it can take thousands or millions of years!

Enchanted Crystal’s Library states that,

“Metaphysically, chevron amethyst combines the properties of both amethyst and quartz. It is known for its powerful spiritual and protective qualities, promoting clarity, focus, and mental balance. It is often used in meditation and energy healing practices to encourage relaxation, inner peace, and spiritual alignment.”

Hand-Crafted Cloth Grid

Each month, a new grid design is hand-crafted onto a sturdy cloth. I’m excited to share that, like last month, this month’s design came with a QR code! From now on, Enchanted Crystal will be giving the backstory on each month’s grid.

According to their article on July’s grid, “Mandalas make excellent crystal grids for so many reasons. Symmetry, repetition, connection, and beauty, all wrapped up in one design.” When I first saw this grid, I thought it was a pretty mandala with lovely lines. But after reading Enchanted Crystal’s article, I see there is a lot of meaning behind the intricate lines. Every dot has symbolism and purpose. For instance, “The 4 stacked dots repeating along the edge petals symbolize the body and mind as a temple. A reminder that the body supports the mind, and all must be aligned and balanced to work together harmoniously.”

I really love that the article goes on to explain how to get the most out of this interesting grid. “You may also notice 8 bold bands around the inner circle. The heavier weight of the lines implies a bolder connection from inside-out. If you only have a small collection you wish to work with, emphasis on those 8 connecting banded points is recommended.”

Thanks to this month’s article, I won’t look at a grid the same again.

The Verdict

This month’s variety box was great; every crystal was one I hadn’t received before; in fact, I’ve only even heard of two of the six. There were three rare stones in my box this month, which is always exciting.

I’m thrilled that Enchanted Crystal has kept their Crystal Library where I can look up the physical and metaphysical properties of each stone! And as promised, they’ve continued to add crystals to it.

I’m still not a firm believer in all of the metaphysical powers attributed to crystals but I’m immensely enjoying studying them. They’re not just fascinating to look at, I enjoy reading about the way in which they were formed in the Earth. I will admit that some crystals do draw me more than others and that they have a way of sticking in my head. For instance, the large slice of Arizona Azurite, the Patagonia Pink Amethyst, the Selenite wand and that stunning piece of Hemimorphite have never left me. I love to hold them. Maybe they do have a certain metaphysical magic; maybe I’m drawn to them for a reason?

To refresh your memory, here are photos of the crystals that hold a special place in my heart.
