What's Inside This Box

J&L Naturals Bergamot & Lavender Lip Balm - Retail Value - $5.99

One can never have too many lip balms. I think I've already lost about five this winter. This little guy packed a punch in the moisturizing department. This emollient balm uses coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, and candelilla wax to create a pleasant and supple lip situation. Bergamot and lavender provide a soothing aromatherapy effect, making this a perfect spa balm.

INSERT NAME HERE Quick Slick Flyaway Hair Essence - Retail Value - $18.00

I've been known to sport flyaways on the regular, and I never really knew how to handle them. This wand is a really easy way to tame those suckers and keep them from popping back up. This gentle formula is easy on the scalp, and it has a natural finish when used in hair and eyebrows (also recommended for unruly beards!).

Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies- Retail Value - $19.00

I was wondering what was making this month's box so heavy! I've always been very curious about apple cider vinegar supplements, and this gummy is a very inoffensive way to get the benefits of ACV without the burn or potent flavor of the actual liquid.

The consistency of this gummy is sticky, but I really like the berry flavor. It has crucial B vitamins, folic acid, and a very low amount (1 gram) of added sugars (which is rare in gummies). If you're looking for a way to boost your immune system or metabolism, this could be a useful supplement to consider.

100% Pure Blood Orange Hand Buttercream - Retail Value - $16.00

hand butter

Bring on all the butters! What is better than a nourishing hand cream in the dead of winter? It smells of refreshing citrus, and it sinks into your skin giving your hands a generous helping of hydration.

AllWell Beauty Botanical Radiance Face + Body Mask - Retail Value - $42.00

This plant-based formula is super thick and decadent, it totally reminds me of chocolate icing. Using natural ingredients including hemisqualine, safflower oil, and clary sage, this mask is meant to help exfoliate, moisturize, and firm up the appearance of your skin. I slathered this on my skin and waited for it to dry, which took about 20 minutes. After rinsing with warm water, my face looked and felt moisturized and toned.

Here are this month's thicc skin care products! I am so happy to have these two in my life this winter.

The Verdict

This month's Kinder Beauty Box was full of products that made me feel like I just left a spa treatment. My skin feels hydrated thanks to the mask, hand buttercream, and lip balm, and I am really excited to keep up with the Goli ACV gummies to see some of the benefits over time. Kinder Beauty is a exceptional subscription if you're looking to broaden your horizons with cruelty-free and vegan options; they always introduce me to new brands to love and explore, but what I really love is the range of products they curate every single month. This month’s box has a retail value of $100.99, which is an excellent value for its cost of $26.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.

I thought this was a great month for the Kinder Beauty box! I actually upgraded to the deluxe box (my first time ever doing that) so I could get both varieties of the hand cream and the lip balm. The extra $8 was totally worth it to get two of each of these! I was pleasantly surprised by the mask – my face looked and felt amazing after using it!

I was also wondering why my box was so heavy this month! Those gummies (and the mask) really added some weight this month!

I am 100% (I didn’t even think of that is being a pun until now) in love with the blood orange handcream. It is very hydrating and smells exactly like oranges. It’s probably my favorite product I’ve received in this subscription, actually.

I have skipped the past 5 as nothing I needed worth the price. This was an easy pass. I’m looking for serums, face washes, moisturizes and new items. Next month was an easy pass too.
