Please note that there is no such thing “off on.” The title and text should read “get 33% off new coffee subscriptions.” New management might consider writing and grammar workshops for the content providers.

Heck, if Amazon and over 100 random companies on a 3 second Internet search use the language “*% off on” on their sites, then it’s probably ok.
