Your Bijoux Box is a monthly jewelry subscription for $49.99. Each box contains 3 pieces of custom-designed jewelry, exclusive to the box, plus a bonus item, with a total retail value of $200.
Additionally, Your Bijoux Box offers several metal options. This month’s designs are plated in Sterling Silver, but there is a gold-only option. Besides metal preference, you can also select whether you want earrings or not and put in your ring size.
I also must give bonus points to Shana, the owner, because she’s happy to work with you. Some months, I want to gift my set to my mother or sisters (who do have pierced ears), so I just message Shana and ask for earrings that month. It’s never been a problem for her to make that happen!
This box was sent to us free of charge for review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)
This month's theme is "Oh, The Places You’ll Bow” and it arrives perfectly timed for the coming winter holidays. Your Bijoux Box has always been wonderful, but this year, featuring Shana’s exclusively designed creations, has been my favorite so far. The jewelry isn’t just pretty, the box is well curated and the themes fit the season.
I’m happy to report that each piece of jewelry arrives in its own plastic bag. This prevents them from tangling in transit. They arrived in a festive red box in a perfectly coordinated bow mailer. New boxes are coming, but due to a paper shortage, they’re not yet ready. In the meantime, though, I’m impressed that each month’s packaging fits the monthly theme.
Bring On The Bling!
Oh, The Places You’ll Bow Necklace
This necklace is so darling! It feels feminine without being little-girly; which is a fine line to walk. It also manages to feel festive for the winter season, but can easily be worn the entire year. The chain is sturdy and super shiny. And the bow? It’s adorable! It’s a good size, too: large enough to be seen at first glance, but not overwhelming.
There’s such attention to detail that even the little stoppers at the end of the chain have matching sparkly CZs! More importantly, there are sliders on the back of the necklace to adjust it to the perfect fit. As someone with Psoriatic Arthritis, I’m super grateful that the slider makes putting on my jewelry quick, easy and painless!
Oh, The Places You’ll Bow Ring
This ring is lovely! The bow is just the right size, noticeable yet comfortable, and it flashes in the light. A great feature is that it’s adjustable. And unlike most adjustable rings, the opening doesn’t pinch the tender flesh of your inner finger. The band is open on the bottom and you loosen (or tighten) it by gently molding it to fit your finger. It adjusts to perfectly fit any of your fingers while still looking high-end and the metal is thick enough that I have no worry about it breaking. It’s adorable and I’m excited to wear it high on my finger as a decoration in my nail polish photographs.
The design perfectly matches the other pieces and brings a ton of sparkle as you move your hand; those genuine CZs really catch the light. My amazing mother modeled the set for me this month and was surprised at just how much the jewelry dazzled in the sunlight. Thanks, Mom!
Oh, The Places You’ll Bow Earrings
Look at these pretties; they’re absolutely darling! Sweet little bows to adorn each earlobe. They have a fun twist, and incredible sparkle, with the Cubic Zirconia teardrop. The earrings can be worn with the teardrop dangling next to your cheek or opposite it. Either way, they’re stunning.
I want to take this opportunity to apologize for how poor some of my photos are. Despite using a lightbox, the photos (taken with my phone) just don’t do this lovely jewelry justice. I’m in love with how much those CZs sparkle and shine in the afternoon sun, but they look dark in some of the photographs. In reality they’re clear, bright and utterly gorgeous. Sorry about that! If anyone reading this is a photographer and has tips to help improve my photos, please leave a comment below.
Peppermint & Hot Cocoa Lip Balm Duo - Handmade by Shana (the owner of Your Bijoux Box)
The bonus self-care item this month, handmade by Shana (owner of Your Bijoux Box), is incredible. I love spa items, so getting a handmade one each month is an extra treat. When I saw this month’s item, I was elated. I’m obsessed with lip balm as it’s totally underrated; dry lips are the worst!
The balms feel smooth and very moisturizing. The Hot Cocoa one smells EXACTLY like its name, but the Peppermint one is my favorite because it leaves behind a mild tingling sensation (that’s soothing on sore lips). While both smell yummy, neither have an actual flavor. Which is one thing I look for in a lip balm. I’ve read, and found in my case to be true, that flavored lip balms can cause you to lick your lips. Which can actually be bad for them. It makes sense: the enzymes in saliva break down food, so it must break down your lips as well.
I’m also really impressed with Shana’s formula. I made a batch of lip balm a few months ago, despite using high-end ingredients, it turned out terrible. It was also a huge mess. So kudos to Shana, these are a great treat! I truly like them so much that I messaged Shana about buying more. Good news: they may just make an appearance in a (separate) box this Christmas!
If you’ve read my past reviews of this box, you’ll know that I’ve subscribed to Your Bijoux Box for over five years. And every month I’m still elated to open the little blue bag.
The “Oh, The Places You’ll Bow” collection is exactly what I look for in a holiday jewelry set: it’s fun, feminine and super sparkly. Bow jewelry is a perfect homage to the holidays without being over-the-top kitschy. It nods to the joy of opening a Christmas present, but is neutral enough to be worn whenever. I’m excited to add it to my collection!
I feel that Your Bijoux Box jewelry is a step above most jewelry subscriptions, because the jewelry is dipped in sterling silver or 18k gold. Also, unlike most jewelry boxes, the stones used aren’t cheap pieces of glass; they’re genuine CZs that sparkle like crazy. CZ, or Cubic Zirconia, is a manmade stone that is harder than most gemstones (meaning less likely to chip or break) and is close to the shininess of a diamond. Thanks, Wikipedia!
As for the stated retail value of $200, I feel it is more than fair. Cubic Zirconias, sterling silver or 18k gold plate and the fact that you receive gorgeous, high quality jewelry that is exclusively found in this box, is definitely worth at least that much.
All of these pieces of jewelry were designed by Shana, the owner of Your Bijoux Box. It’s obvious she puts a lot of care into every collection. Each set isn’t just beautiful, it’s well planned. All the boxes have themes that are timely and fit the season.

To Wrap Up
Can you still get this box if you sign up today?
Technically, your first box will be the December box. However, if this November collection hasn’t sold out, you can contact Shana and let her know that you want this to be your first box. You can also go to Your Bijoux Box’s website and purchase this, plus other past boxes that she still has available.
Value Breakdown: This box cost $49.99, which means each of the 3 items cost an average of $16.66 (not counting the lip balm duo). That’s an amazing value for-one-of-a-kind, higher-end jewelry.
