What's Inside This Box

Zion Health Ancient Clay Soap in Mountain Rain - Retail Value - $1.50

This soap turns a shower into a spa experience, tickling your olfactory sense with its lavender fragrance. It is moisturizing thanks to shea butter and coconut oil, and its aromatic suds will melt your stress away.

Jazmine Beauty Coastin' Illuminating Highlighter - Retail Value - $28.00

Since I hit my thirties, I've been a loyalist to cream and liquid highlights. I find that they're kinder on textured skin, and I love the glossy shine they leave behind. That being said, I am pretty impressed by this buttery powder. It glides on easily, and the frostly shine takes me back to a few years ago when a chunky, bright highlight was in. This color is a classic champagne which also looks great in a quick eye look.

LilyAna Naturals High Potency Retinol Serum - Retail Value - $27.99

I've been looking for a hard-hitting anti-aging skin treatment, but since I am nursing my 2 month old, and to my chagrin, I can't use any retinoids to help out my skin sitch. My mom, however, was all over this. She has also been looking for a product she could use for anti-aging that wouldn't dry out her skin. Luckily for her, this milky treatment pairs aloe vera, jojoba oil, and hyaluronic acid with 2.5% retinol to help smooth out the skin and mildly exfoliate to regenerate healthier, new skin cells.

Dirty Lamb Sugar Cookie Lip ROCKZ - Retail Value - $24.00

Now that winter is upon us, my pout is suddenly feeling its annual desperation for extra TLC. This scrub went the extra mile and literally resurfaced all of the skin on my lips. The cracks were smoothed and flakes are now gonezo thanks to the grainy sugars and oils. Plus, it smelled/tasted very festive, like a frosted sugar cookie.

Cuccio Somatology Pause Meditation Mist - Retail Value - $32.00

I always enjoy getting essential oil mists in sub boxes; it is such a great reminder to take a breath, or pause, every so often, so you can take a minute or two to close your eyes and shake off any bad juju that has been clouding your mood. This particular mist is mostly peppermint with a hint of sage, and it smells wonderful.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.
