This subscription box has been so disappointing and I very much regret being an annual subscriber. I have only received one box since August 2021. I understand there are shipping issues but customer service has refused to provide even a partial refund or take any steps to resolve this major issue. It’s been so many months that I cannot even dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will probably get the four boxes I paid for in 4 years if that..

I feel guilty for recommending it to so many people. It really was a good sub, but I feel bad because it’s such a mess now.

@MSA are you back to screening the comment section because you never posted my comment from yesterday? Why? This is helpful info to your readers……

R- you can get your money back, according to the FTC they are required to refund you. I’d write JB and let them know your going to file a complaint with the FTC unless they refund you for 3 boxes.

Wow, only 1 box since then? Other boxes don’t seem to have as many shipping issues. I hope you get the rest of your boxes or a refund. It seems like a nice box. I have had my eye on it for the past year but never did subscribe.

Oh me too! Wish I’d never done an anual – I’m worried about getting my last two boxes. I hope they don’t go the way of all-lies!

R- you can get your money back. They have violated a FTC rule that states they need to ship the box within 30 days. You should email them one last time that you want a full refund of your 3 boxes or you’ll file a complaint with the FTC. There’s other rules they violated as well. Id also post on BBB and TrustPilot.

How do they get a value of $150? April Fools was almost two weeks ago.
