I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

Yeah… went thru the whole sign up process just to see that the choice items were a Ciate blush, or an Addison Rae concealer, and all the light shades are sold out. :/ contacting CS to get a refund.

I chose a Anastasia foundation and didn’t get it?!?! What the heck?!?!

Same here I was so excited for April’s boxy but turned out to be disappointed. Why even have a choice item when you don’t receive the one item selected 😕.

Good thing I canceled this.
The one item I “chose” was not in the box… I paid for the March box at the end of February and didn’t receive it until yesterday 4/11…
The products are okay but not what I wanted… I cancelled on like 3/30 so that I wouldn’t be charged for the April box on the first…

Where are the Boxycharm premium spoilers? I just got mine yesterday and was thrilled to get the Natasha Denona blush duo in Cupid same as eyeshadow palette exclusive to Boxycharm! It was a complete surprise. Also got Herbivore bakuchiol retinol serum, Murad skin smoothing polish, Mitchell and Leach English leaf body oil, MyBeautyBrand black liquid eyeliner, and Endota lip balm. I don’t remember picking any of these items!

Boxy is starting to get really bad with the repeats. I just restarted my subsciption again in Feb after a long hiatus because I just wasn’t liking what I was receiving. In my march box I received two of the same products I received in February and I see a lot of the same stuff in the spoilers this month They emailed me and said they were giving me a $25 credit in the drop shop but never happened.

Melissa Cobb

This happened to me too, they sent me the code in my email.

Angela DeSilva

Write them and remind them about the credit they promised!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Boxycharm other than the boxybot? I’m missing an item from a drop shop order from two months ago. The boxybot says someone will open a ticket and send me an email but it never happens. Thanks.

Angela DeSilva

Just email Boxycharm support on your own it’s easier than going through the bot! Be sure to tell them email address and physical address/name it was shipped to.

Angela DeSilva

It’s Boxycharm support

AmyF

I didn’t see an email address on their site. Do you happen to know it?

i’m so tired of repeats…thanks boxy, for nothing..well. i’ve cancelled all ipsy and one boxy, so i guess i will cancel this boxy..so tired of same,same,same..

I agree. Almost everything here is from previous boxes. I’ve stayed with Ipsy Plus, though, because I feel I get more variety and I do enjoy every box I get. I see a big different between Boxy and Ipsy Plus.

I chose the Beauty Bakerie palette. There is a lot of repeats, but also a lot of products that I would love to receive. My luck, I will get either the repeats, or every other product that I don’t want or, is completely opposite what my profile says. Time will tell.

FYI, I just signed up last night with the 50% off promo they are doing and if you want the foundation be aware it is only available for darker skin tones. anything lighter than medium is x’d out when you try to select it

Julia

Boy, ipsy will do anything to try and get rid of the overpriced Refreshments inventory.

Reply ButtonReply

Nancy

Where is the Refreshments in the above products shown? I looked twice and didn’t see it.
