Every single fabfitfun post is the same and doesn’t show spoilers or anything. Maybe you’re new site glitched? I click on spoilers and it brings me to this page with just dates. I go to another page and it shows exactly what this page says, go to another page and it shows this page again.

Why does customization say open. I click on it and then it says it’s closed and to view my box? I don’t understand why the website nor the app will let me customize.

I’m guessing you are an annual member where you pre-paid for the year? If so, the customization is closed. It’s correctly open for the seasonal members.
I would recommend contacting live chat and seeing if they could help.
