I just got my first box from hungry root…. it had badly rotten fish, gnocchi that had gone off, and none of the meats had an actual date on them, just a “use within 5 days” sticker…given the fish was bad I didn’t feel comfortable eating any of the meat. Customer service first offered me a $15 credit on my account, then a $30 credit. Half of my $100 order was actually spoiled food. I don’t want more spoiled food from them and not even a credit for the amount that was spoiled. What an awful experience and terrible customer service.
