This happened to me too. I couldn’t find the ipsy chat feature or a phone number and had to use that dopey robot for what seemed forever but was probably ten minutes. It finally realizes it can’t help you and lets you send a brief email to ipsy support. Then it took twelve hours for them to set up my choices. I got to choose at midnight last night. Unfortunately I was not offered the elemis eye cream which was the only item I wanted this month. What a hassle. I might have to rethink this subscription.
I got the regular bag for the first time in about 6 months. It’s not too bad, a little skincare heavy but stuff I’ll use. I’m looking forward to the Ofra blush mostly.
I didn’t get anything from the add-ons (although that other Ofra blush looks really nice!) I wish that Complex Culture blush duo was available for add-on.
I’ll be pausing for another 6 months lol.
I have been trying to personalize for about 2 hours now. When I hit the personalize now button(or whatever it says) the site goes no where. Is this happening to anyone else? I tried their help robot but there was absolutely no help to be gotten there, lol. There seems to be no way to get an actual person to help me.

Ipsy chose the complex culture blush duo and elemis eye cream (which I’ve used before, it’s fine). I picked the Uoma lipstick in Maya (excited about this based on reviews), the verb heat protector (sephora reviews are a little iffy), and the maapilim eye cream (never heard of it, maybe I’ll use as a hand cream). Based on the spoilers, my bag is better than expected, but it was a low bar.
I also got the Elemis eye cream, but the other Ipsy pick was the Kate Sommerville cream. I chose the nail polish duo, the Glamlite and the Purlisse Blue Lotus moisturizer. I added on the Rodial primer. All in all, a solid box and I’m happy with it. I would have liked the Uoma lipstick but they didn’t offer it in the deep red color that was in the spoilers, just a neutral. I’m much happier with Plus than the basic Glam Bag.
