Did anyone else have to wait an extremely long time to receive their membership credit this month? In past months I receive the credit between the 6th and 8th, but this time I actually had to call. By that time, a lot of the outfits sold out, leaving only one page of options available. Vanessa Hudgens was the featured collaborator this month, and while I generally enjoy her style, I was not into the velour theme she produced. The only velour clothing I have ever owned was a pastel pink pair my husband gifted me through Pajamagram about 17 years ago. They were about two sizes too small, and every piece of lint/pet hair imaginable was drawn to those jammies. A very sweet gesture, but a small reminder of why we now buy our own clothing. 🤣 Obviously, because of that, I did not opt for a velour piece. This month my love of patterns shined through on my Fabletics pick and I am super excited about it. Read below to find out what outfit I chose for the month of December.

No velour here! I'll be honest, the main reason I chose this month's outfit was for the cheetah print leggings. The black sports bra was a bit of a bonus. Though I usually wear white bras, my next go-to is a strappy-backed little number I picked up on Zulily. It is starting to get a little ragged and worn, so I figured this could maybe be a good replacement. I enjoyed the thick straps, soft fabric, V-neck cut, and the ability to cinch the back straps together. This is a low-impact bra, and because of that, I wish I maybe would have sized down. I wouldn't wear this for playing volleyball but did find it useful under everyday wear, especially because it keeps the uniboob at bay, unlike other sports bras. Definitely a keeper!

On to the exciting stuff! Would you just look at those adorable spots?! I love, love, love Fabletics leggings, and this cheetah printed pair just jumped in my cart. Made with chafe-resistant fabric, and PowerHold technology, I feel tucked in and ready to run. I do wish this design came with the outside pockets for my cell phone, but other than that I love them. Channeling my inner Peggy Bundy, all I needed was a pair of high heels and a box of bon-bons and I'd be ready for an exciting afternoon. What do you think of the cheetah print?

Verdict
After a few months of different leggings and sports bras sets, I was kind of hoping for a sweatshirt combo to coast into the Christmas season with. Because my credit came so late in the month, (and because there just weren't a ton of those types of options anyway) I ended up with this fun printed set instead. Because I am very frugal, you would never catch me paying the retail price for these pieces, so to me, the $49.95 Member Credit is the only way I'll go. Being able to pick up both of these pieces for less than the retail value is a pretty good discount - though you can bet I'll be scrolling through their website these coming weeks for a Christmas/New Year's sale!
