CURATEUR Winter 2021 Box Now Available

Revisiting this post just to complain. I made my selections for this box on 11/06 an it hasn’t even shipped yet. If anyone is still considering this box, I wouldn’t. Apparently, an item isn’t even in stock an they’re holding the box until it is.

For the first time in a LONG time I am considering this one.

i wish they would do the same as fabfitfun, where if you wanted two if the “first choice” items, you could add-on an extra for a little more.

Is the gold herringbone chain vermeil?

Is the robe going to be one size fits all? Or is it a sized item?

Yesss I’ve been wanting to try Kjaer Weis for so long! Excited about the choices this quarter.

Way too much money for things I can get at TJ Maxx. No one will look at my acrylic blanket and think oh is that from South Africa?? I’m cancelling.

I actually really like this box, except I am having trouble confirming my selections as there is something going on with the Curateur website. I am excited to try out the resurfacing complex — it appears to be a one-stop shop for skincare, so it’s nice to be able to try out this very expensive skincare item for the fraction of the cost of the box. I also love the fact that we can choose between gold and silver jewelry. I love both, but I feel like it has been all gold lately. So, it’s a no-brainer that I would choose a silver one this time around. And, it should go great with the silver-colored clutch. I looked on the website of the clutch designer, and they state “Italian leather” for the clutch; hmmmmm… so is it vegan leather or real leather? I wish we were getting real leather in the box, as vegan leather does not last too long, typically; although since this is a clutch that will not be used on a frequent basis, it might last me awhile. I like the throw look (it would certainly complement the color of my couch!), the fact that it is microfiber kind of turns me off. I do not know, but I associate luxury with real stuff: real leather, “real” fabrics (cotton, linen, etc.), real gold/silver, and clean cosmetics/skincare. However, I suppose that this will work; this box certainly has a much better potential than the last 2-3 boxes. (And I will need a new mascara soon, so that item could not have come at a better time for me).

I’ve been away for a while, as I’ve only liked one or two items in the boxes for the last year or so. Is this clutch faux or genuine leather? I miss the genuine leather items. This is a lovely box.

This is a really nice curation. I’ll probably bite if there’s a good coupon.
