This is a frustrating box. I unsubscribed after two boxes. I didn’t even see an option for a spa box.

I got my box today and I’m an annual but only one item was the one I selected. Not happy.

Ummm I’ve been waiting for my fall box for M O N T H S and they still don’t know when it’ll be shipped out. I was supposed to get a $10 credit for ‘my troubles’ but that never happened either. I’ve tried to get a refund for the remaining boxes but never get anything but the ‘canned email response’

Did you select the tote as one of your options? I did but had originally picked the mug and warmer. Apparently when I switched it out me in the time frame of boxes that would ship way later because of that tote. There was supposedly an asterisk stating this but I never saw it. Mine just shipped this past Thursday (although it hasn’t moved yet) so yours may ship soon as well.

Does anyone know how many items from this list we get to select? Their website is very unclear and I don’t want to enter my payment info until I know.

Such a bs sub box. You can’t see the options to choose until after you pay and then once you pay you can’t customize your box unless you pay for an anual sub.

Do I place the order and then get to customize? They are asking for my billing info and having me click “order” but I haven’t even ascertained that the $24 box they offered me is the spa day one. It makes me nervous that the options I want won’t be available after I click “order.”

You won’t get to customize until after they have your money. You never know which options will be available.
