This month the folks at Macy's say the items in its bag are the sorts of things you've seen on the Internet but not in your make-up bag. With an estimated $64.63 value (yes, you read that right) for the $15 cost, here's what's inside:

Not only did I not receive the September box, but no October box either. I cannot find a customer service number for the subscription box. If anyone knows how to reach them, as far as the subscription box goes, please message me. Thank you guys in advance.

I received my October 2021 Macy’s beauty box, but the little booklet that describes each item plus the $5 coupon was missing from the box. Did anyone else have this problem? All the items were perfectly fine, but I really like reading the description of the items and how to apply them

What happened to the cosmetic bag this month? My items were all loose in the box?

Cristy, I believe they send out the bags every other month. Last month we got that cute blue and purple sparkly one (my personal fav so far!) so this month we got the facial stone. Seems like they send a bag one month then a tool or something else non-disposable the next month.

There needs to be a Gua Sha moratorium. It’s the Eyeko black eyeliner of 2021. I have a stack of them now and have passed them out to my friends and family. This is not an item that requires multiples, but I think basically every box has included one.

Believe it or not, I’ve not only never received one, I never heard of it before and don’t even know what it is. I just received my box today and it’s in there, but it isn’t referenced in the little booklet (although it is pictured on the cover)! So I have no idea what you’re supposed to do with it.

I like everything except for Gua Sha. This will actually be my 1st one and it’s going straight in the trash. I just don’t believe these things work. I was just going to buy a new eyeliner so this comes at the right time. I go through eyeliners fast

$15 for this feels like a lot considering you can now get Allure for $16.58/month if you do the $199 annual deal.

Allure is $23 a month or $250 for the year. Many subscriptions prices are going up. I agree though $15 did feel like a lot for what we got this month and no bag.
