Treat skin to lasting moisture with this hyaluronic acid-powered serum. The gel-like formula contains rose water, cucumber, and aloe for a lightweight feel that instantly quenches all skin types.

Organic Night Repair Oil

This tranquil, lavender-spiked cocktail of oils—including argan, hazelnut, sweet almond, and jojoba—deeply nourishes skin overnight for a soft, plump, ultra-radiant complexion come morning.

This doesn’t scream $59 worth to me

Why is it August 9 and you still haven’t posted Beauty Heroes yet? Consistently voted a top beauty box but nothing. I kept waiting and giving you time to work things out. Not anymore. So disappointed in this site. Like an ex that messed up one too many times, I am parting ways with MSA.

BH is expensive…. and for only 2 products. I love the boxes they’ve been featuring lately and have saved me money too!

Yeah, I’ve kinda given up. I keep trying to come back here and make it work because I loved MSA but I’m almost exclusively using the other site now. I don’t know why more people aren’t moving to the other site to comment. It’s a much better set up and the spoilers and reviews are much more timely!

Are you allowed to share the other site?

These spoilers are old news.

I do the longest subscriptions I can (6-month with this box) on all my boxes so I get the lowest price per box possible. I just let this sub lapse and this will be the first Detox Box I haven’t received in over a year, and I’m not at all sad about it.

I don’t have any knowledge of this brand, so it might be incredible, but the products they chose from the brand are quite boring to me. The only thing I’m interested in is the eye cream. I am done with serums and could even use a break from oils. Serums are in every box, every month (especially if you subscribe to multiple boxes, like most people I know). I subscribe to at least three monthly beauty boxes and still can’t put together a full routine because no one ever sends facial cleansers or creams. Just… more serums and oils.

I still like this box and think I will re-subscribe in the next few months — I’ll probably ask for it as an anniversary or birthday gift — but I ma not sad to miss this one. And, it’ll give me another 30 days to work through more of my serums! lol

See New Beauty box is every other month and they send a complete skin care routine from a different company in each box. Usually it’s 5 items, but you do get a full routine from one company, in each box.

I’ve never purchased this box, but have often looked at what a year’s worth of boxes will contain. This one does seem a little underwhelming, but the products are nice. Before See New Skincare came on the market, this seemed like the best green beauty box to get. Yet thier competitor seems to be more popular now. Overall, I think what the Detox Box offers if looking at what you receive over a year, is more variety. Each year there is at least one box devoted to lux haircare and another with makeup. The rest is usually skincare. Overall, this has always interested me, but I’ve never actually decided to buy.

I would expect value to be a little higher for a $59 box. I don’t do longer subscriptions

Same! I don’t believe in spending more money to save money. I’m strictly a one box at a time subscriber. This way, I don’t end up with tons of stuff I don’t need/like.
Although, I still do have a stockpile because I sub to multiple subs a month. But it’s a stockpile of stuff that I purposefully handpicked to receive.

Hi Sub Addict,

Not sure why this won’t let me reply directly to you. But I did want to share the subs I love. As mentioned, I hand pick based on what’s specifically in a box, one sub at a time so Im all over the map lol. Here is what I got this year:

February:
– Boxwalla (Nini Organics)
– Trendmood (Boscia body products)

March:
– Margot Elena Spring Box
– Fashionista Team Faves Box

April:
– Beauty Heroes (Mukti Organics)
– Boxwalla (Twelve Beauty)
– Clean Beauty Box (Live Botanical)
– Kinder Faves Welcome Box
– Trendmood Box Vol 11 (Glow Recipe, Biossance, Tatcha)

May:
– This month I only got sample subs

June:
– Boxwalla (Lovinah)
– AIA Beauty Bundle (Farmacy)

July:
– SewNewSkincare (Forrest Rhapsody)
– Detox Box (Indie Lee)

August:
– Boxwalla (Votary)
– Laurel & Reed (Solara, Osea, Nini) – This box looks AMAZING but I already have the Solara spf so I’m most likely gonna pass. But, very tempting!!

Those are all the full size boxes I got this year. I’ve also had sample subs sprinkled in like Allure and a few others. But I truly do not believe in getting like the 3 month/6 month subs from BH, Detox, Laurel. Sure you’re paying $40 something per box but I’d rather pay $60 for one box that I know what I’m getting and truly love instead of $130 for one box I love plus two that I may or may not like at all. It’s just how I do subs. I’m sure lot’s of people disagree would with me lol. But it works for me 🙂

I love Boxwalla and SeeNewSkincare the most because they don’t try to get you into longer subscriptions. The amount you pay as a one-box subber is the same as a long term sub. Plus for me they have the most unique and special curations!

Sub Addict

Liz, I have to say you inspired me! I do need to work on reining in the amount of subscriptions I have lol…. which ones are you loving?
