Omgds!! I so agree with all the comments …I don’t get emails…I miss sales….the spoilers for the current month are put out late or not at all…since the revamp of the site it is definitely NOT USER FRIENDLY!! I am so disappointed…disgusted…and ready to just chuck this site in the bin…I used to be here several times a day and now I check about once a week…IF THAT!! I SO MISS THE OLD MSA!!!

I’m confused. I’m not sure where to post/comment so here it is! MSA used to send email for like “Tarte mystery bags” just as an example, then I’d fly to the website in a panic to buy one. Last week or so colourpop had mystery boxes and I havent seen one email, or link, spoiler nothing. I don’t get it?? I used to love this MSA and it’s such a pos right now. I’m so disappointed in them.

Same! Haven’t gotten my emails from them in my important emails and honestly it has changed so much that i just don’t come on here and if so it’s been weeks. Sad about the whole thing and it’s even worse then months ago.i Have been saving tons of money though.

I am truly amazed how outdated information posts are pushed to the top of the list. I almost thought this is brand new customization. The new MSA site is a mess and collection of Instagram-like ads. Which one of MSA new owners got the crazy idea to fix what wasn’t broken? The quality of information is horrible. I used to come here at least twice a day, now it’s twice a week & I’m not missing it. The comments were the best part & now I see so few as if “mass exodus” of readers happened. Please stop being a click-bait site and listen to user comments to improve. Thank you!

😂😂😂😂😂 there are enough members of the MSA team still remaining from before this new version that actually know how boxycharm works for this to be happening. This is the third boxycharm post in a row that has been 100% inaccurate! And people have commented on every single post pointing this out and you just don’t care. At this point it is truly just hysterical. I’ve been hanging around for weeks thinking there is no way something I loved so much could be so unrecognizable. I kept thinking it would get back to normal (or a new acceptable version of normal anyway-I’d literally settle for acceptable at this point) but this just makes it crystal clear. Wow.

MSA did get purchased and the new owner absolutely DOES have a clue because the readers have been screaming from the rooftops as loud as we can. They have a clue, they just DO NOT CARE. The site in unrecognizable in it’s current state and by that I don’t mean the redesign, I mean the total crap posts telling you that you can choose your Boxycharm item 2 weeks AFTER CHOICE CLOSED. I’m sorry, where is Megan? Megan knows how Boxycharm works. Why do these posts continue to get posted? UNREAL.
