does anyone know if theres a customer service # or email? I tried to call them but they direct me to the website which is autobot. I subscribed for the first time yetersday and is hoping my free product promo went through because it didn’t show up on the invoice. Also do you guys know when is the latest I can cancel if I do not want September box? It sound like september choice will happen mid August and I am wondering if I can see the choice items first before decided whether I want september box.

Hi Sara, the Choice Date is August 9th. You will be able to see the items and choose what you would like in your Sept. Box. If you decide to cancel, go into their website, log in, and cancel. Make sure you do this before the end of August. Since they bill on the 1st of every month (although sometimes they do it the day before) I would cancel no later than the 25th of the month. Personally, I like to give a couple of extra days for the cancellation to process. As for your free product, I suggest you go onto Instagram, into Boxycharm comments, and address this right there. A rep from Boxy should reply to you with an answer or instructions on how to verify your product. I hope this helps Sara. If you need to, feel free to reach out to me for further info. Huggssss!!!

I just went through the same situation. I just signed up & didn’t get my promo so I emailed them & they got back to me the next day & fixed it for me! I hope this helps if you haven’t already got it taken care of.

If I wanted to cancel the September box I would cancel before the late two days of august. That should work.😎

You’ll be able to see the September choices in mid-August and safely cancel if you don’t like them. From what I’ve read, the key to getting a real person is to say “contact” to the BoxyBot and it will get a support ticket started.
I haven’t had to contact support myself though, so if I’m wrong someone here can correct me and in the meantime you can give it a shot.

To be honest…I am not very impressed with these spoilers overall…I am also very unimpressed with MSA’s new website former nor when their spoilers are posted…it all seems so random and outdated compared to when I see spoilers released elsewhere…I used to ALWAYS rely upon MSA…now it’s just an afterthought…(sigh)

Totally agree Deb. I used to check MSA like ten times a day because they always had the latest spoilers in an easy to read format. Now they’re turning click bait-y and trying too hard to be something they aren’t.

Omgds right? I am glad to know it’s not just me Chelsea!! I thought it was just me not liking change…lol

All these products look awesome but I’m incredibly put off by Boxy’s apparent use of versions made especially for Boxycharm e.g. 111Skin, it’s Iconic London palette and the Dr. Brandt antioxidant cream which I noticed had a totally different ingredient list from the manufacturer’s site. I’d like to see a return to the Boxycharm of old

I agree with this. I feel like we are getting duped when we receive these products. What if we get an item, use it all up because we like it but then when we go to purchase it from ulta or sephora it’s not the exact same product? Have they ever spoken about why the ingredients dont match up?

You’re right. The ingredients aren’t the same. I’m with Ipsy (🙄) and they do the same. We caught on..It started with 111 Skin. While you’re still getting a very good product you’re not getting a great product and our companies are committing lies of omission. Getting an answer about it is near impossible or they’ll say those ingredients don’t make enough difference for you to see noticeable change. If you truly care about good skincare from the brands Kimberly listed and more, I’d get Allure. You get what you’re supposed to get in your skincare and you get some amazing brands. You get makeup and skincare deluxe and full-size (how fast can you really use up your skincare? Not very fast) I prefer smaller sizes than to keep getting full-size that will expire at the rate we get them with beauty boxes. Last month I got a skincare product worth $135. If you’ve never subbed with them they have a sweet free box that comes with your first box. Maybe that helps a little?

DiTO is a private label product. Several people who purchased DiTO palettes through Ipsy Offers received palettes that appeared to have mold on them. (They also contain plastic glitters that are not eye safe, so I wouldn’t use DiTO regardless, personally. YMMV.)
Kate Somerville, Laura Geller, & Volition is a pretty good lineup, though. Is it worth the gamble? 😂

None of my palettes came with mold. And technically speaking, no glitter is eye safe and can cause damage to the eye.

Yeah, the zero DiTO palettes that I bought also did not come with mold. Not sure what your point is.
Mica & synthetic mica are glitters that are approved for use in the eye area by the FDA.

I’ve seen the moldy photos of Dito eyeshadow. Disturbing.

And I QUOTE from your post above, “This is just a start-the brand will let you make choices on A FEW OF THE PICKS IN YOUR BOX, plus curate additional beauty products we promise to share later this month!”
So choice (one choice only which is all that you get for base box) has already happened for August and will not happen again. If you missed choice you don’t get to pick for August now. Unless Boxy has started a brand new way of operating that no one except MSA is privy to?
You’ll let us know about more items LATER IN THE MONTH? Why? I’ll receive my box later in the month and won’t need to know then.
Is this seriously the quality of post we can now expect from MSA? Because this makes it sound like you have literally no clue how Boxycharm even works. 🙄

I came to the comments for this one LoL I’m like did Boxy change how they’re operating now or did MSA screw up?? I really am not happy with Boxy for the lack of spoilers and (imo) really bad choice options for this month. Just cashed out my charms and will be canceling after getting this months “mystery” box..

I took note of all that, too. It’s a mess of a narrative. What has happened to My Subscription Addiction is shocking.

Sure is. Why a thriving (to our view, anyway) site would do this is unbelievable.

It’s not just shocking, it’s also puzzling.

These spoilers are awesome. I would not mind getting any of them. I would love to receive Dr Jackie’s serum.

You included a photo with no name. It looks like a BH shadow collection. The names and styling are similar. The colors are stunning. I’d live to see the credit. It’s not both Laura Gellar, the previous one has her name already.

It’s a palette from Dito cosmetics. They make AWESOME palettes. Their line based around the planets is stunning

Whats the bottom palette? Is it a spoiler? It doesn’t say the brand or anything. It looks like a Dito palette but more Info would be nice
